"We had a great experience with Black Hawk. Everything was well maintained and clean with just the right amount of kitsch. There were flowers planted everywhere and other thoughtful touches. We arrived after experiencing reservation issues at another hotel and it was refreshing to have such great customer service after the first hotel failed us. I would definitely return!"

"Ive preregister at past 3:30pm as the checked in is at 4pm, front desk said ill receive text at 4pm for the room number. Our room is seperated from the hotel building and located across the main hotel Bldg but also seperated from the rooms across the hotel building. I called front desk at 4:10pm as I still dont have the room number but placed me on hold so i decided to go to front desk and ask my room number, they gave it to me at 4:19pm and said that front desk was busy so she was not able to...

"Window shades were see through so parking lot light shined in my face all night. Room was clean but had a heavy cleaning product odor. Towels were very thin and worn. Morning breakfast was good."

"Not the cleanest place to stay. Front desk a little helpful but never remembered to send clean towels, garbage bags, or toilet paper. We ran out of everything in our room. We didn’t even have toilet paper or towels for 2 days because the cleaning staff never brought them to our room after asking front desk several times. Walls are paper thin and kids running the and making noise all night and night."

"This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again.."

"Such a great experience with my family. Genuinely enjoyed the area & staff were amazing! Deluxe cabin was clean & comfortable. Park was right where I was still able to keep an eye on my children. Pool was warm and fun! Definitely will be my go to spot for my mini trips to the dells."
