"Starting from the room condition was terrible, showers can’t be set to hot or cold or warm, was broken and made it difficult to be comfortable in the shower, also very poor quality shampoo and body wash which they were in a small container and the house keeping didn’t give us new one even we stayed for 3 nights. Speaking of the house keeping they did very poor job, bathroom didn’t clean for 3 nights even the room the only change we saw was setting up the bed. That made me very concerned about...

"This was my second stay here and would be my preferred hotel of choice for any future visits. The staff are lovely, the rooms are spotless and made up beautifully every day by housekeeping and the location is excellent. Walking distance to most things. The swimming pool is lovely to cool off in. The gym is small though and would be my only thing to improve in the future but I am not travelling to run on treadmill every day so really not an issue. "A really lovely place to stay. A green and lush oasis from the busy city. So much attention to detail in the decor of the rooms and all areas. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Best bath tub ever. Decent wifi. Breakfast fruit and salads were very fresh and eggs made to order were good. My only complaint is that smoking is acceptable anywhere and so many guests smoked at the pool and on walkways as you walk past. Disgusting and prevented us from relaxing at the pool.
