Warm your toes in front of the toasty fireplace of our spacious 7 bedroom duplex apartment! Our place is located at the foot of the pistes in Oz en Oisans and close to summer hiking trails, as well as delicious restaurants and cafes.

Book our spacious and charming duplex apartment and get cozy in the living room after a day on the pistes! Warm up by your private wood-burning fireplace or step out on the terrace or balcony to take in the fresh mountain air. When you stay with us, you'll be conveniently located at the foot of the pistes of the family-friendly Oz en Oisans resort, with the lively centre of town just outside your door. The ESF ski school meets only 50m away from the building and, in the summer, the hiking trails are found nearby.

Our duplex apartment has 7 BEDROOMS. The master bedroom features 1 Double bed, and the other six bedrooms contain 2 Single beds. We'll provide you with bed linens for free, and for weekly stays, beds will be made upon arrival!

Get ready in our 3 BATHROOMS or additional HALF bathrooms. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels (2 per person per week), and complimentary toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-house laundry service, open during reception hours.

After a day on the pistes, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on our cable TV. Warm up your toes in front of your private fireplace, and a bag of firewood comes included (extra firewood is €10/bag). In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air! Tidy up your space using the cleaning kit, which includes dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, sponges and washing up liquid.

In the KITCHEN you'll find an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. When you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant, which serves local specialties.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Chalet des Neiges where our 165m2 apartment is conveniently located. These include FREE Wi-Fi in the reception, on-site ski storage, fitness centre access, the on-site sauna, the shared indoor hot tub and the shared indoor pool (closed Saturdays).

If you're travelling by car, indoor public parking is available 200m away for €40/week (subject to availability, on reservation). If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €40 per week for cats and €75 per week for dogs.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €500/week and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning, except the kitchen, will be provided for an additional fee of €47. Guests are requested to clean the kitchen prior to departure with the provided cleaning kit.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is La Ferme d'Oz located on-site! You can also rent raclette and fondue kits from the resort free of charge, upon request at reception and subject to availability. Additionally, try out La Causerie for a little warm-up and a coffee in the winter. If you're in the mood for a hike during the summer, head out to a local gem with great views - le Col de Poutran.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Enjoy having your beds made on arrival for weekly stays only, and bed linen and towels supplied! There is a limit of 2 towels per person per week
• A cleaning kit with washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets will be provided upon your arrival
• Wi-Fi is only available at reception
• The sauna, hammam and fitness centre are not open on Saturdays
• The indoor pool is open from 10am to 8pm (subject to change) every day except Saturdays for maintenance
• Indoor public parking may be available nearby from €40 per week per car (subject to availability, on reservation)
• The first bag of firewood is included. An extra bag can be requested for 10€/bag thereafter
• If you'd like to bring your pet, we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €75/week for dogs or €40/week for cats
• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next. If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation
