On the first floor, the kitchen, friendly and functional, is open to a large living room with sea view and fully equipped to meet all your desires. You can enjoy your meals around the large table in the living room or on the terrace facing the sea.

Located in a secure community under renovation, with parking for two vehicles, the villa is in the immediate vicinity of a supermarket, a bakery, a gas station and restaurants.

Each stay offers a basic necessities kit (dishwasher capsules, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) on arrival. For any additional needs, a supermarket is within walking distance, just 100 metres from the entrance of the residence.
