Very private Villa with outdoor spaces. Outdoor kitchen, Teak outdoor furniture, Five decks to view the ocean (16 chairs), two gas grills (blackstone & four burner grill), Shaded decks, Easy parking, quiet evenings.

The Villa was built as a RECORDING STUDIO for Vitous Miroslav . The Villa has Amazing Views ; Location is a big plus, Quiet evenings, Very Private . The Villa is named SERENITY and has many decks and patios. Perfect location for sunrises and full moon pictures. Serenity has three levels of living. The top level is called the Loft bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and private bathroom and a private deck. The living room level has a vaulted ceiling and a spectacular view of Oyster pond and the Ocean a modern kitchen, half bath, flat screen television. The bottom level is call Sunrise, and sleeps FOUR people in THREE bedrooms. (((The two small bedrooms have double beds.))The main room on Sunrise level has a king size bed and a couch, and a flat screen television.

Dawn Beach 3 mins, Orient Beach 15 mins, Anse Mercel 20 mins, Grand Case 20 mins.
Airport SXM 40 mins 8 miles. Simpson Bay Area 25 mins (3pm to 5pm) traffic jam everyday.Cruise port 10 mins 4 miles.

Fantastic stay in a good location, renting a car will help a lot to get up those hills! Mike was wonderful and very attentive to our needs, and responded very timely! I would stay here again

The villa is great for families with older children or a pair of couples, as there is a downstairs suite and a master loft space, both with their own baths. The views are gorgeous. Mike was super easy to communicate with before and during our trip. There are a number of places to eat or get drinks at the nearby resort, and there is a good pizza and pasta restaurant very close, as well as a little French bakery. You could have a chill vacation within a half mile radius of the villa.

Notre hôte était incroyable, toujours disponible et toujours prêt à nous aider. La place est tout simplement paradisiaque. La villa très bien équipée, on avait de tout. Tellement de terrasses ou pouvoir profiter de la vue incroyable. Tout est proche autant du coté français que Néerlandais. La maison très propre mais attention car la montée est très à pique donc avoir un véhicule capable de monter. Je recommande et nous serrons de reotur.

Fantastic View, incredible Host

The view and the many terraces are incredible beautiful Inside, everything you need is there. The pool is nice and clean. We had great days here. But all of this suddenly became irrelevant when we had a really serious medical emergency that required intensive care. That's why we really have to highlight Mike, the owner!! He is an incredible person!! He gave us indescribable support in this frightening situation right up until our departure. He was available to us around the clock, offered every possible help and support, and did everything he could to help us. Thank you so so so much for everything you've did, Mike. We can't say this often enough! Anyone who has Mike as a host can consider themselves lucky!!!

Amazing Gem!

Villa Serenity was amazing, there was 6 of and the property was perfect us. The villa had multiple areas to escape to(pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dinning, outdoor breakfast nook, outdoor observation etc) that our young kids just loved exploring and keep them occupied.The host was great, very accomodating and a wealth of local information, the property was as discribed and well maintained.Would book again!

We loved our stay here!

This unique villa in a gated community was a great fit for 4 women on a mother daughter trip. Clean, lots of amenities, well equipped kitchen, linens, towels, A/C and more. Nice landscaping. Loved the pool, outdoor kitchen area and the many outdoor patios. Stunning views (and sunrises) of Oyster Pond, Dawn Beach, surrounding mountains and St. Bart's in the distance. 15 min. drive to Philipsburg, 5 min. to French side, 35min. to airport - you will need a car and you will want one to explore all there is to see and do. 5 stars to Mike, our host, for his quick responses, helpful info. for arrival and great recommendations on beaches, dining, jewelers and more. You won't find a better host! Thanks Mike, we'll be back!

Stunning views

Amazing property sat up on the hill top looking over Oyster Pond Bay. Check in was seamless and Mike was on hand to help or answer any questions about the house or Island. Stunning views from every level looking over the beautiful bay with St Bart in the distance view. We were a family of 7 and it provided more than enough room for all of our family. . Stunning views from every balcony or window in the home. We absolutely would stay in this amazing place again. Great restaurant in the valley below just over the boarder on the French side.

Stunning Views and Fantastic Host

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO property in St. Martin! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the booking process and our stay seamless and enjoyable.The house itself boasts breathtaking views of Oyster Pond and the ocean that could be enjoyed from multiple rooms. We loved waking up to the stunning scenery every morning and enjoying it throughout the day.The property was comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed, perfectly suited for our family of four. It had what we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation to the fullest.If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with incredible views and a welcoming host, this property is a fantastic choice.

pretty cool place

We really enjoyed our stay here., The villa is located on a hillside, so the views are absolutely amazing! The place was clean and in a quiet location. Mike, our host, was so helpful! He recommended a number of restaurants and other sites to see. We had a rainy day, so he actually took us on a tour of the island! That was cool! This villa is a cool place to stay. We would definitely rent from Mike again.

Beautiful Views

This home was perfect for our family. Mike was very helpful with suggestions for our first night and was at the home to greet us when we arrived. Lots of stairs. Like others previously mentioned, would not recommend if you had mobility issues. The pool was used everyday, and the outdoor kitchen and grill were used as well. The home was well stocked. We saw wildlife that included iguanas, monkey's, and various sea birds. We liked that we were close to Dawn Beach. It was a great home away from home for us.

Mike was an amazing guy, very helpful and friendly. The views at Oyster Pond are stunning. My only caution would be for anyone that has trouble negotiating stairs as this property is very vertical. Thanks again Mike.

Beautiful Home in Oyster Pond

The wife and I just returned from a 10 day stay at Serenity. The home was incredible. Views that take your breath away and an owner that was available for any questions or concerns. Mike was an incredibly helpful host. We only saw him when we needed him. If you want incredible accommodations and tremendous privacy, you must give Serenity a try!

Perfect for Family Bonding

The villa was PERFECT for our family. My wife and I stood with our 4 teenagers daughters. Mike, the property owner was an excellent host and always available. The pool was perfect. All the eating/gathering areas created great times for the family to gather and spend time with the cool breeze of being up high and over looking the beautiful a oyster pond and ocean.

Unique home with gorgeous views

Very unique home with beautiful views overlooking Oyster Pond and Dawn Beach. Home is located in nice community. Host was very nice and prompt to respond to questions or any issues at hand. Very nice outdoor area with lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen, outdoor eating areas. Very well thought out with little things ( secured plastic/vinyl in eating area to block wind but not the view) make it more enjoyable. I recommend this villa.

Great Mountain Villa Stay

Charming place with lots of character and fabulous views. Lots of outside places to sit which is really nice. Would stay again, and we had a great week. fun feature: the iguanas that hang out on the stone wall and climb on the roof are so adorable to watch.

Lots of space, but odd layout

We enjoyed our time in this home. It is large and generally well equipped. It could use a deep cleaning. The layout of the home is interesting. There is a lot of outdoor space but is oddly connected. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of counter space or a table to eat at. Due to the hilly nature of the home walking to the beach or a restaurant from this location is not very pratical.

Incredible views. Everything you want.

Fantastic villa overlooking Oyster Pond with St. Barth in the distance. Fabulous outdoor spaces including an outdoor kitchen. Multiple levels creating privacy and interest. Beds are soft and comfortable. Kitchen fully serviceable. Security gate to the neighborhood (not that I think it's necessary). This villa is still being refurbished since being destroyed by Irma. If you expect brand new construction and no blemishes, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place with character of the island, both lavish and comfortable, this is the place. The hosts are available, yet invisible. There is a hot tub and pool. We didn't use them. We prefer the ocean. We cooked, finding most everything we needed, with a few basics stocked. The outdoor kitchen was also well equipped. Warning - there are multiple levels with somewhat steep stone steps. This house is probably not ideal for the mobility impaired or toddlers. We can't wait to get back.
