  • Impresionante casa de Hollywood Beach. Construido en 2007 e incluye vistas a la playa y al océano. Al entrar, inmediatamente notas lo brillante y fresca que se siente esta casa. En el primer nivel, encontrará dos dormitorios, un baño completo, la sala de lavandería y el garaje. Un dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales y el otro cuenta con un dormitorio completo. El garaje cuenta con todas las golosinas de la playa que podrías desear y que puedes usar. El segundo nivel cuenta con sala de estar, cocina, comedor, un tercer dormitorio (cama King) y baño completo. La sala de estar cuenta con un cómodo sofá, chimenea y TV de pantalla plana. La cocina cuenta con gabinetes de madera, encimeras de granito, asientos en la barra de desayuno y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El tercer nivel cuenta con otra sala de estar con un sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana y hermosas vistas al océano. Este dormitorio principal también se encuentra en este nivel y cuenta con una cama queen, chimenea privada, TV de pantalla plana, bar y baño privado. El baño principal cuenta con una amplia ducha y bañera. ¡No te olvides de visitar la terraza de la azotea! ¡Querrá pasar la mayor parte de sus vacaciones aquí con sus impresionantes vistas al mar, muchos asientos para toda la familia y una barbacoa! ¡Debes verlo! Magnificent home right at the beach.

Gorgeous property, multiple great places for groups to congregate, roof deck with spectacular views. Fully stocked with everything you need, easy walk to the beach. Top floor suite is spectacular too.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very quiet. The views from the third floor master suite and the roof deck are spectacular. The Re/Max team was easy to work with and responsive, including sending out someone to fix a broken thermostat about an hour after we called. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a fantastic vacation spot. The house is lovely with lots of space and great views from the top floor and rooftop deck. There are bikes, kayaks and beach chairs for use in the garage. The location was wonderful- right across the street from a quiet beach and a short walk to the shopping center (where there is a farmer's market on Sundays). Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property.

Beautiful home, great views, amazing neighborhood

Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome and comfortable stay!

Awesome Property

The house is beautiful. All amenities we needed were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Area is quiet and well maintained. Nice quiet, walking beach steps from the house. Close to Channel Islands. We also found an amazing coffee shop nearby!

The home was lovely and well appointed. Plenty of room for our family. The kitchen had most things I needed for cooking. The hosts were in regular contact. Only one small issue which could not be anticipated or avoided...with the rain we discovered that the roof leaked. Remax was on it immediately and took care of the problem! This was Christmas eve in Oxnard that rarely gets this kind of storm. We'd love to stay with them again.

Oxnard was a great location to get on and off the freeway, be out of the city and on the beach. We loved that we were able to walk the beach, and see the Channel Islands. The bonus was the sea lions that make Oxnard their home.

Property is exactly as described. While there isn’t air conditioning, we did fine without it by opening windows. Beach access is directly across the street. Those from out of the area may not realize it is a deep beach, meaning that there is a bit of small sand dunes to walk through to reach the water. So just a short hike. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from the host/property manager.
