- This home is approx 20 miles to the Cheaha Mountain, the highest spot in Alabama
- 6 miles to the popular Coldwater Mountain Bike Trails
- 16 miles to Logan Martin Lake
- 17 miles to the world class CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park
- 14 miles to Talledega Superspeedway
- 6 mi. to beautiful Choccolocco Park Sports Complex and the Oxford Exchange mall
- Oxford has 2 nice antique malls and lots of shopping options
- Located 18 mi to JSU
- 8 miles to Cider Ridge Golf course
- Within 5 miles of all the best local restaurants and chains in this area
- When you are not out, we offer Free Wifi, YouTubeTV, family games, cornhole and a large fenced yard to enjoy!
The space
The Merrimac house is a 3br/2ba brick rancher that has completely updated With a new metal roof, all new windows, all new flooring and all new oil rubbed bronze lighting and plumbing fixtures. It has a nice living room with a couch, loveseat and recliner with a 55” smart Tv And is open to the kitchen with bright white cabinets, comes with all kitchen appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pot. It also has a nice pantry and a table with up to six chairs with the leaf put in and a nice size laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
All three bedrooms have fresh paint and carpet and the master bedroom has a queen bed with nightstand, a nice TV stand with an electric fireplace with a 40 inch smart TV and has its own private bathroom with a completely tiled walk-in shower, new vanity, and new toilet. The second bedroom features a queen size poster bed with two nightstands and a chest with a 40 inch smart TV and the third bedroom features a full over twin trundle bed with a 40 inch smart TV and the chest inside the closet. It has a really nice and level fenced in backyard with plenty of room for the children to play.
Guest access
Very nice easy to navigate neighborhood for driving and walking. Nice private driveway with plenty of parking space and a covered carport.

Great location, convenient to shopping and plenty of restaurants! The home was very clean and nicely stocked with amenities. People in Alabama are so friendly, shopping for Black Friday has never been so pleasant!!

Very convenient

Came to town for Christmas with family. We hosted dinner, and there was plenty of room. And the big back yard was so nice for the kids. Had everything we needed.

Oxford visit from out of state

Property is clean and pictures exactly as described. Limited options in oxford area and this met our needs perfectly. If ever in Alabama again will definitely stay here again. Since coming from NH I couldn't comment on safety of neighborhood. It was quiet and appeared to be mostly families. My daughter enjoyed the games in house and running around the yard
