Just a block from the square you will find this little hidden Gem. remodeled April 2020. House has a full kitchen, bar area and 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is the perfect home away from home. Queen Size sofa sleeper in loft for that extra couple.
Sleeps 8 People comfortably. porch downstairs and balcony above make it peaceful. Even in the rain it's a little slice of heaven. Take a short walk to shopping, or better yet Dining! It's a Foodies Paradise! Southern Tables everywhere you turn! Come and enjoy life Oxford Style!

Perfect location
This property is spotless and decorated beautifully. The location is great. It’s a short walk to the square. I would definitely stay here again. We stay in lots of rentals and I have to say that the host here know what they are doing. Not one complaint, I actually made the comment to my husband that I could live here. That’s how at home we felt. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Ole Miss Graduation
I booked this place MONTHS before graduation, and I'm SO very happy I did! The condo is situated in a small enclave of condos, in the very back. Generally quiet (except for the party a few condos away on grad night, but who can blame them?), and SO very peaceful. Parking for 3 cars! The walk to the Square is short, but uphill. We solved that by running my elderly in-laws up in our car. Parking is easy in a paid lot over on that side. Clean doesn't seem to be the right word - the place was immaculate. It is decorated so very tastefully, feels brand new! Diane is an amazing host and has literally thought of every need. There was ice in the freezer, drinks, snacks...at one point I needed a safety pin for my dress, and lo and behold, there was one in the upstairs bath. I could go on and on. Every full bath is an ensuite, plus a half bath. My only regret is that I found this place when our daughter graduated. Ugh! What I wouldn't give to have those dollars spent at Courtyard back! Here's the TLDR: Go ahead and request the stay. You WILL NOT regret it! Diane, thank you for a WONDERFUL stay!

Perfect place & location
I can’t say enough about this property. The hosts were wonderful! Our son was getting engaged & it was perfect for our family & close friends after the proposal. Can’t beat the location. Walking distance to The Square & other stores. Loved the interior design and decor. They made it that much more special with a snack basket, coffee, minibar with soft drinks, water (sparking & still), & a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay here again. Can’t say enough about our experience. It was a magical weekend we will never forget.

From the location, to the bottle of wine, snacks, even safety pins in bathroom for wardrobe emergencies. Honestly, the best VRBO experience I’ve had. The most hospitable hostess. I would expect nothing less from the gracious people of my home state … Mississippi.

Great game weekend rental
Loved our stay at this property for football weekend! Home is very clean and well decorated with lots of little extra details provided to make our stay comfortable and convenient. House is walking distance to the square which is great for shopping and restaurants! Property owner very easy to communicate with and so helpful! Would definitely stay here again for future trips.

Loved it!
This was the most amazing stay we could ask for! The check in process was so easy and the house itself exceeded all of our expectations. Since it is located so close to the square we were able to walk everywhere, which was perfect! The house was well stocked and we even had little goodies for us when we got there. Could not recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely be staying here when we come back.

Wonderful, Clean, Quite, close to everything!
The home is well appointed and very clean. The beverages and coffee were a pleasant surprise that carried us over until we could go shopping. The square is an easy walking distance to the restaurants so no need to go find parking. We will definitely book again!

Amazing home and location!
Was so excited to stay in this spectacular home in Oxford for my daughter's graduation from Ole Miss. In fact, everything about it exceeded our expectations. This place was so immaculate with such tasteful decor! We had everything we needed to feel at home and the close proximity to the square and Ole Miss is simply amazing! D & Marty were so responsive and also so thoughtful and kind by having a bottle of champagne adorned with a cap and gown waiting for us. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
