  • Stay in the middle of the action and walk to the Vaught Hemingway Stadium, Swayze Field, and the Grove from Old Taylor road. Our condo offers a relaxing living space complete with a fully stocked kitchen complete with coffee maker, full size range/oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer and more! If you are looking for a lovely, appointed place to stay on your trip to Oxford, look no further!

    Two master bedrooms await that ensure a comfortable stay. Each bedroom offers ensuite private full bathrooms and comfortable Queen mattresses with fresh linens and pillows available.

    Open floor plan living and dining area, full size kitchen, and washer/dryer. For your entertainment, guests will enjoy TV in condo to watch your favorite show or sports. Feel free to also use your favorite streaming service via our included Wi-Fi.

    The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular; a large patio offers a relaxing space to visit with friends or a place to practice yoga. Assessable directly from condo are trails to walk, run, and bike. Also offered onsite is a gym and gated pool.

    Pool, gym, basketball court, and outdoor fireplace / pavilion. This is a first-floor condo, all on one level, with ample parking.

    “Close to everything” describes our location. We are convenient to Vaught-Hemingway Stadium at Ole Miss, Rowan Oak, Tad Smith Coliseum, The Pavilion at Ole Miss, The Ford Center, Baptist Hospital, the Oxford Square and many excellent Oxford restaurants.

Great property and location

Love the location and the property itself. Would 100% book again. I do wish that it had a few more staples in the kitchen: brush to clean pots/dishes, larger frying pan, basic kitchen things like olive oil for cooking or Pam spray. But otherwise we had a great stay.

College Tour

This property was a great location. We were in town to tour Ole Miss and see what all Oxford had to offer. It was located between the campus and town Square and close to the sporting venues. When I needed something the manager responded immediately and helped me out. It was a great experience. I would recommend.

Great location

We were in town for Parents weekend and booked very last minute. Pros: *location, location, location *nice updated unit *clean *great host, great communication *great coffee service set up. Opportunities: *pillows not very good *need a toaster in kitchen set up *parking was tough late at night (especially after the football game Saw several people park and walk- taking up all the spots. * king size bed in one of the rooms Would recommend this unit while in Oxford. Not sure it would accommodate more than 4 people very comfortably. We did not utilize the pool but it looked recently remodeled.

Could use a deep cleaning

The apt was nice, but there was an odor to the unit…. Almost like cat urine. Also there were dead bugs under the cabinets in both bathrooms. I would have liked to have known to bring my own shampoo. This is the 1st one that had soap but no travel sized shampoos. I don’t have a problem with that, just would have liked to have known ahead of time.

We came into town for the weekend for the Double Decker Arts Festival too visit with son inside the the town near by. The location and commute arriving was easy. It is nestled on an end bottom floor with great view of complex via front door and the back. The prior communications before arriving with confirmations,entrance access directions, passwords, and etc from Host was all promptly sent clear with addition availability if I wanted to reach directly. I was amazed how fair priced it was!! It had such a welcoming yet clean homely feel upon entrance as well as through out. Both bathroom were well supplied with linens. The thermostat was set comfortable once arrived and easy to adjust to comfort through the weekend. The inside as a whole was very nice and kitchen stocked with all one's cooking /dining needs. I would definitely stay there again when lodging overnight in town.
