**CANCELLATION POLICY**
Oxford Vacation Rentals does not allow cancellations for:
Football games (regular or post-season), Ole Miss Graduation, Double Decker Arts Festival, or concerts.
All other dates follow a 60-day cancellation policy.

**HOUSE RULES**
- Minimum age to book: 25 years old
- Mandatory rental agreement required to finalize all reservations
- Accidental damage waiver included with every stay — simply notify us and provide a photo
- Optional travel insurance available to protect your stay investment
- Balance due 60 days before arrival
- Check-in at 4:00 PM | Check-out at 10:00 AM
- No smoking, vaping, recreational drugs, or firearms permitted on property

**DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS**
We keep it simple:
Remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. That’s it. You’re on vacation — relax and enjoy until the very end.
