  • Our 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo is perfect for families and friends looking for a cozy but roomy get away.

    Our beautifully appointed open floor plan has all the amenities you need for a perfect weekend getaway or extended stay. Located in High Pointe Condominums, we are close to all the attractions of the city and Ole Miss.

    The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or to prep for tailgating. We will make your mornings great with our coffe bar! Enjoy your coffee while sitting on the porch which overlooks the grassy courtyard.

    The Master Bedroom has a king bed with new luxury matresses, ceiling fan, television and a connecting full bathroom.

    The second bedroom has 2 queen beds both with new luxury matresses, ceiling fan, television and full bathroom.

    This unit has full size washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board.

    During warmer weather, enjoy the swimming pool which is located directly across from our unit.

    This is a smoke free and pet free unit.

    Driver’s License required for booking.

Kim’s condo was perfect for my extended stay over move in and Rush/Bid Day. It was clean, well appointed with anything you would need and Kim was a great host. I will definitely stay here again.

The condo was fantastic for our long weekend trip to Oxford to visit our son. It was just my wife and me, and we had more than plenty of space in the condo. Everything was very clean and fresh. The instructions from the owner were very clear and easy to follow. Communication was just the right amount. I'd definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Softball stay

Our daughter attends the Ole Miss softball camp and also plays in a tournament in Oxford with her softball team. We LOVE to stay here. This was our 3rd time. So close to everything! Always feel safe. The pool is nice. The condo is always super clean and it has everything you need. We absolutely love it here! Oxford is beautiful too.

We came to Oxford for the LSU/Ole Miss game, and this was the perfect place to stay. It’s in a nice, safe apartment complex. Very close to campus and town. Easy Uber there and back. Kim is so friendly, and welcoming. Very helpful as well. She gave us places to eat and go downtown and really enhanced our experience! High recommend if you’re going to Oxford!

Great Stay!

This condo is great! The location is convenient for getting to Ole Miss & to shopping sites. It is decorated nicely and the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels and the kitchen has EVERYTHING one needs to enjoy the stay. There are also several windows that bring in wonderful lighting to the den/kitchen. So, when you walk in, you’ll SMILE & you’ll keep smiling until you leave. This condo offers a pleasant experience. We’ll be back!!! 🤗❤️
