NOTE: published check-in time is 3pm, but early check-in is almost always available at no additional charge. Please inquire three days before arrival.

Charming one-story home built in 1915. The address is 1538 East Jackson Avenue. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. Wifi. Both charcoal and gas grills. Three reserved parking spaces..Just eight doors from the Oxford Square. The front porch has two rockers and two wrought iron chairs. The side deck has two wrought iron tables with chairs and large umbrellas. Easy walk to the Square and Ole Miss campus or take the free double-decker bus from the Square to the Grove on game day. Sip a beverage on the front porch and wave hello to people walking to and from the Square and campus. Enjoy a meal on the deck and make use of the wrought-iron furniture and gas and charcoal grills. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are available as well as an assortment of coffees and teas.

No one lives in this house so the closets and refrigerator are empty and at your disposal.

NOTE- I STRONGLY suggest that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in your vacation. This will help if you suffer an illness, cancelled flight, severe weather, etc. Go to https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com Also, some credit cards offer free or low-cost travel insurance.

There are security cameras on the front porch and deck.

Great Location

Right off Oxford Square so walkable to great restaurants and bars. A bit dark inside but clean and decorated nicely. Owner was quick with replies for any of our concerns. Would recommend for groups.

Would not stay here again

The location is good and close to the square. I would not stay here again. The furniture is dirty as well as the home. This home really needs a thorough deep clean both inside and out. We were very disappointed in the condition of this home.

Great location. Could have been cleaner.

The location was fantastic—right off the square, within walking distance of the Ole Miss campus. We stayed for a game weekend, and for $9000 for a three night stay, it could have been cleaner. There were old clothes in drawers, various old nonfunctioning electronic components in closets and cabinets, etc.and the porches looked like they hadn’t been swept in weeks. There was trash under the beds, and a plethora of shampoo and body wash in all the bathrooms. The house was spacious and convenient, but I can’t give it 5 stars.

We had a great time. Host was professional and timely in responses, but we only needed brief communication about check in and check out as there were no issues with the property. Our group will definitely be back in Oxford and stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Oxford

This home is so cute with a lot of Oxford decor! It is located within easy walking distance to the square and campus. My teenaged son and I came for a camp at Ole Miss and the house had everything we could have asked for. Steve was the very best host and was so helpful and welcoming! Great game day location

Stayed over game day weekend. House has great location for visits to the square, and is a short walk to the grove. Parking was easy, and was great that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Owner was easy to get ahold of and came right over when we had an issue with the electronic lock. Would stay again.

Perfect & Cozy

This cute house was in the perfect location and so cozy. My family and I had plenty of room to spread out and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean, stocked well and comfortable for all of us. The location can't be beat as it's just a 5 minute walk to the square. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
