Please watch the noise level as there are other tenants in the building. We recommend keeping noise to a minimum between 10pm and 6am.

Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the condo.
Absolutely NO ILLICIT DRUG USE on the property.

You will be issued a temporary pass code prior to check in which will be used to access the condo for your entire stay.

Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a “Normal” cycle prior to departure.

Please use the washcloths labeled “Makeup” to remove all make up and be mindful of using bedding until make up has been removed. White bedding= stains.

Please do not consume food in the bedrooms or outside of the kitchen/ dining area. If you drink beverages in the living room or bedroom areas, please use coasters to prevent damage to the wood furniture. Please promptly clean up any spills to prevent damage/ stains to furnishings.
Please dispose of any used food and bag all trash prior to check out. You may leave bagged garbage at the main trash bin in the kitchen, or dispose of it in the dumpster located diagonally behind the building.

Please treat this place as if it were your own. We have worked very hard to make it a nice place your guests and would like to keep it that way 😉
