The Space:

The house is located in East Oxford, just a short stroll from some of the city’s most well-known attractions, including the beautiful Magdalen College and the peaceful Oxford Botanic Garden. From there it’s an easy walk into the historic centre of Oxford where you’ll find famous colleges, museums, restaurants, and shops.
Living space
The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating with two large three-seater sofas and a single armchair, making it a great place for everyone to relax together. Guests can enjoy a TV with Netflix as well as fast Wi-Fi available throughout the house.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, including a double cooker and oven, double sink, and essential cooking utensils. There is also a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods for guests to enjoy in the mornings, along with practical extras such as an iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms
The home comfortably accommodates larger groups with six well-arranged bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two has a double bed, bedroom three has a king bed, bedrooms four and five each have a small double bed, and bedroom six has two single beds.
Bathrooms
The house has three bathroom facilities for convenience. There is a shower room on the ground floor, another shower room on the first floor, and an additional separate WC.
Parking
There is onsite parking available for up to three cars, which is a rare convenience so close to central Oxford.
Whether you are visiting for sightseeing, a university event, or spending time in the city with friends or family, this comfortable and well-located home is a great place to stay while exploring everything Oxford has to offer.

The property is located in vibrant East Oxford, a lively area known for its cafés, restaurants, and independent shops. It’s just a short walk from the beautiful Magdalen College and the peaceful Oxford Botanic Garden. From there, it’s an easy stroll into the historic centre of Oxford where you can explore the famous university colleges, museums, markets, and historic streets. Nearby Cowley Road also offers a great choice of restaurants, cafés, and pubs popular with both locals and visitors.
Getting Around:
The property is well located for exploring Oxford on foot, with many of the city’s main attractions within easy walking distance. The nearest bus stop is at Manzil Way Bus Stop, just a few minutes’ walk from the house, with regular services running to the city centre and other parts of Oxford. Oxford Railway Station is also easily accessible and provides direct train services to destinations including London, making day trips simple.
Other Things to Note:
A quick note to make guests aware of a few recent road changes in Oxford that may be helpful when planning your arrival.
There is now a daily £5 congestion charge in place in certain parts of the city. Depending on the direction of travel, this charge may apply as many routes pass through the charging points.
Please also note that access to the property is no longer possible via Cowley Road due to new LTNs (Low Traffic Neighbourhoods). The best route to the house is via Iffley Road. This is mentioned in case navigation apps such as Google Maps attempt to direct drivers via Cowley Road, which is no longer accessible.
Please note that we do not have a travel cot or high chair available at this property.
