"The digital check in can be a bit confusing. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and slanted. We had three people in the room, which was comfortable. No A/C, so you have to open the windows which are above an alley used by the restaurant below and they create a lot of noise when they close and start dumping all thier trash. There was construction happening on the ground floor of the building, and they started up their tools at exactly 0800a everyday, making sure you get up to the saws...

"Don't book! We arrived at the apartment to find the bathroom was tiny with the a shower that required you to shower over the toilet. The shower had plug sockets in it which is a major safety concern and a light above it, again this is not safe. The shower was falling off the wall and the shower curtain was disgusting. The bathroom is extremely impractical and when you shower the whole bathroom is soaked. The pictures of the property on Hotels.com have now been updated to show the bathroom...

"We arrived late at 2.30am. I was travelling with my autistic child. First thing we found was an injection needle (used, you could see the blood on it). I was really in shock and informed the team via phone. He told us, it is not possible to get another room or to remove it until next morning. (My child was crying all the time). As we had 4 hours delay because of a cancelled train, we only arrived in the night and my child has to sleep. So we decided to stay and looked forward to get a new room...

"Convenient location, free parking (if you can find space), friendly staff, deluxe room with patio very nice and spacious, mini fridge and instant coffee, great breakfast. I was there during very hot summer days so be mindful of no aircon and ventilation. The room had a mini-fan that was useful. I'll stay there again in less hot weather."

"The circle window room was fantastic, it overlooks a courtyard with no vehicular traffic and is a quiet residential zone at night. I slept with the window open all 3 nights there and it was so quiet. The stay was fantastic, the breakfast was insanely good. Highly recommend this hotel."
