"Dirty, filthy and unacceptable. Bathroom, towels, couch, broken door latch, the worst I have ever seen and I've traveled to 6 continents. We had to leave and go to another hotel because of how dirty the room was upon our arrival."

"Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors ..."

"We paid for two pets to stay with us and the owner accused us of having 3 dogs and tried to charge us additional fees. He has a Ring camera and could easily have verified we only had 2 dogs. He claimed the cleaning lady saw 3 dogs. Based on the wad of chewing gum and dog turd on the floor, obviously ..."
