The sunlight streams through the windows of this lovely, lofty condo near the base of the north side hill at Blue Mountain Resort! Come home from days spent skiing, snowboarding, golfing, or lounging on the shores of South Georgian Bay to enjoy two decks with views of the surrounding slopes, TVs with DVD players for your evening entertainment, and an electric fireplace and a jetted bathtub to lull you into relaxation.

This condo is located in the North Creek Resort complex on the north side of Blue Mountain Resort, a quarter-mile walk from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift. Within the complex, you'll have access to a seasonal swimming pool and tennis courts. The property is also on the route of the free resort shuttle bus, allowing you to easily shop, dine, and rent outdoor gear in Blue Mountain Village less than a mile south. In the summer, you'll be one mile south of fantastic swimming and kayaking at scenic Northwinds Beach, one mile up the road from Monterra Golf, and an easy day trip from Wasaga Beach (20 miles east).

THINGS TO KNOW
The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change.
Charcoal is not provided for the shared charcoal grill.
This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort.
This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I stayed three days at North Creek Resort. The place was small but overall okay. However, I didn’t like that during my stay they didn’t provide fresh towels or clean sheets — some basic housekeeping would have made the experience much better.Thanks

Was good because of the loft allowing the kids to sleep upstairs. But very open concept , can hear everything between the 2 locations. But better than paying double the price to have a 2 bedroom.

Good spot for the price

Unit has been well wnjoyed and could benefit from some upgrades to the beds. Kitchen amenities were great, and lots of sheets and pillows were available to make up the pull out couch. At first glance, unit looked clean, however when opening the pull out couch, found glasses, and it was clear the floor wasnt swept or vacuumed under the couch. Mattress frame in the pull out was broken, could only sleep on incline. Bed upstairs was in rough shape, downstairs was comfy. For the price, it worked great for our family of 4, however would not want to stay there with 6 adults as its quite cozy!

Iinit not kept up. Noise from other units over whelming all night long Ot smoking rampent. Smell throughout unit of pot. Several neihbours smoking at all hours of the day and night

Condo at base of ski hill

Directions to the condo were clear and accurate. It is conveniently located close (about a 3 minute drive) to the “Village”, where you can shop and eat. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a shared pool and two tennis courts on the property. The Thai Food restaurant on the property is also an excellent choice if you choose to just hang out at the condo.

Good location, but with few surprises

Few items need fixing in North Creek Resort unit #614: lights in the kitchen area not functioning making it hard to see countertop, knobs to turn on light on the kitchen napa missing, few power outlets throughout the unit without power, etc. This is presented as unit that could sleep 6, which may be true, but definitely not having 6 people eat at one time as there is only a tiny table that can sit maybe 2 people at one time ... if you find chairs which are stored in one of the closets. Sticky spots on the kitchen floor at check-in time... Disappointing.

The unit is lovely, bright and well laid-out. The beds are very comfortable. It is perfectly located, if you like to hike and bike. A lovely mountain-side view! We will definitely rebook this exact unit.
