"When we booked through Expedia it stated the pet fee was $25 per stay per dog. When we got to the hotel we were charged $25 per night instead. After numerous calls to the hotel and Expedia we have still not received a refund. Expedia says hotel is wrong and hotel says Expedia is wrong. We have not gotten this resolved at all."

"The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel."

"Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...

"Nice place, pool a little smaller then imagined but was still nice indoor/outdoor pool. Room was nice and spacious. Bed was ok, pillows were probably our biggest complaint, not very comfortable. "

"The only complaint we had was that the air conditioner wouldn't run while you're asleep. The front desk person said it was set up to only run by motion detection. This is how going green technology works. Therefore, you wake up very warm in the morning. Not happy with that at all."
