"This is the first time we’ve been unhappy at a Hampton Inn. It appeared the floors had not been vacuumed! We collected what I think was cat hair on the bottom of our shoes!! Then the bathroom floor was still wet, so I wiped it with toilet paper. The paper was not only very dirty, but full of A LOT of hair. It was extremely gross!!"

"We loved our stay here! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options and they had little gift bags for the kids during our stay. We don't have kids but it looked like they were enjoying the treats! The room was super clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Check in was discouraging. Staff appeared in bad mood. No eye contact, no thank you, i will stay again as the rest of my stay was great. Women in breakfast area were amazing. And gentleman in the morning at front desk was pleasant and thanked us for staying and wished us a good day. "

"The front desk staff was friendly and on top of any problem you have. The room wasn't clean, before I went to take a shower I grabbed a towel, it was damp and had pubic hair on it. Used tissues wedged between the bed and the nightstand, bedding was dirty and had hair that wasn't mine in it. The floor was sticky like it hadn't been washed in a while, pink stuff on ceiling. Housekeeping shouted at you in the hall while leaving the room to see if your checking out. Walls in the room were damaged."

"Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay as long as planned but the room was adequate and quiet. A bit of an odd smell at first (someone may have smoked inside at some point) but nothing terribly offensive. Shower light was in need of replacing."

"The women were great the man EVERYTIME I went to pay and extend my room he told me a higher price than the woman told me just earlier. They helped with letting me extend for a couple weeks day by day so that was a blessing and even paying at the end of the night while our things remained in the room by day as I am a delivery driver so I could not keep everything in the car with us. The floor was never mopped even in new rooms, but there were no bugs just spiders. They do allow cats so be careful...

"La chambre n'a jamais été nettoyer durant mon séjour. Pas de changement serviette , ni champoing . J'ai trouvé un cafard. Service minimum, piscine fermé??? Chambre correcte avec rélé et climatisation mais je déconseille."

"We rented a three bedroom room and it was perfect for our family of 5. Great customer service, rooms are well equipped with a kitchen and washer and dryer. My only complaint is that the hot water runs out quickly! Even with taking quick showers, two of our 5 people would have to take a cold shower! Just be aware. Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors walking above you. However, I would definitely book again."
