LOU BARADO - OUSSE SUZAN

You are in the Morcenais region, 20 minutes from Mont de Marsan and the Arjuzanx National Reserve, in the small town of Ousse Suzan, which offers a haven of peace between cultural and natural heritage. You will enjoy a preserved natural environment, with vast pine forests. You will enjoy walking in the forest along the many marked trails of the springs, sharing festive moments, and discovering our local gastronomy. The Arjuzanx site, 15 minutes away, offers a supervised beach and numerous water activities, including paddleboarding and pedal boating, as well as a tour of the lake on foot or by bike via two beautiful trails. The Lou Barado house, where you will be staying, is a house, entirely furnished on the ground floor, entirely made of wood: frame, wood fiber insulation, a true haven of peace in the heart of the forest. This bioclimatic house will allow you to relax in a place steeped in tradition. Nestled on a wooded plot of approximately 2,800 m², the house offers • a bright living room with bay windows overlooking the garden and terraces. • a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, a 5-burner gas stove, two electric ovens, and a microwave. A central island with stools. • a dining room, a lounge with a sofa and TV area, Wi-Fi, and a pellet stove. • a hallway leads to the sleeping area and bathrooms. • 2 bedrooms with a 90x200 cm bed, one with a 160x200 cm bed, and one with two 90x200 cm beds. • a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail. • a separate toilet. • a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. You'll appreciate the 2 terraces, one of which is covered, with garden furniture and a plancha grill overlooking the wooded surroundings. An electric charging station is available, and a carport for 1 vehicle is available. Pellet stove heating (€5/bag) and radiators in the bedrooms. Baby equipment available.
