  • Esta nueva suite penthouse de 1000 pies cuadrados + se encuentra en el tercer piso del edificio Ouray Alchemist de nueva construcción en el corazón de la ciudad. Los tonos plisados bidireccionales ofrecen la excelente combinación de impresionantes vistas de las montañas circundantes de 360 grados con la cantidad justa de privacidad deseada. Es el refugio romántico perfecto para disfrutar de las numerosas actividades en la aventurera zona de Ouray.

    Hay una cubierta de 400 pies cuadrados que le brinda vistas privadas de la mina Chief Ouray, Cascade Falls, el anfiteatro y Twin Peaks. Además, hay un pequeño balcón de desayuno frente a la calle principal con un abeto gigante de Douglas justo al sur que brinda sombra y privacidad a aquellos que desean ver lo que sucede en la ciudad.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Accomadations beautiful and close to everything. And the views from every window was amazing. Would stay here again should we return to Ouray in the future.

Property was FABULOUS!!! Great location for all downtown activities…only issue is if you drive a larger truck the garage is inaccessible for parking. Parking on the side street was no problem though. Highly recommend this property for your Ouray trip.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Ouray! Location was perfect, nestled between the mountain range with spectacular views on both decks. Walking distance to the trail system, hot springs, anything you could want, I didn't have to get in the rental car once. Perfect hosting, I could not have asked for a more relaxing, peaceful stay!

The property was very nice and the location was perfect with great views is every direction. But the thing that stood out the most to us was the hospitality provided by the hosts. When we arrived, they took the time to show us around and point out various features of the space. It was obvious they wanted to do anything they could to insure our satisfaction. To me, that is the epitome of hospitality!

We loved our stay at Nancy’s penthouse and would happily stay again. Nancy has pretty much thought of everything her guests might need, including a filtered water pitcher. The place is beautifully decorated and the views are astounding. The location is perfect, so easy to come and go throughout the day, and we appreciated garage access. If you’re sensitive to early morning light I’d recommend a sleep mask due to those high windows.

Very clean. The apartment had everything that we needed, including a garage. An added bonus was the stackable washer and dryer off the bedroom. It was fun to sit on the balcony off the dining area to watch the activity on the street below. And there's a little grocery less than a block away. The proprietor Nancy was most helpful. We really enjoyed our time here in Ouray.

Wonderful lodging with amazing 360 views of Ouray. Our host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here.

The views were absolutely amazing and made this a wonderful place to stay! The owner meets you upon arrival and does a quick walkthrough. One thing to note: the listing says it has air conditioning, but it's actually a swamp cooler with only one vent in the living room. The bedroom stays hot, so if you're visiting in the summer, I recommend bringing a fan.

We had a great stay. The views of the surrounding mountains were outstanding. The place was clean, neat, well stocked, and Nancy was a terrific host. We would love to stay here again.

Super comfortable penthouse in Ouray. Perfect location right on Main St. Well thought out as far as towels for hot springs, kitchen supplies, and toiletry needs. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
