Welcome to Villa Beau Coupe, a stylish retreat on the edge of Oupia with sweeping views over sun-drenched vineyards. This detached villa blends French elegance with modern comfort, offering a heated private pool, landscaped garden, and shaded terrace for lazy afternoons. Inside, airy rooms are furnished with care, from the inviting lounge to the fully equipped kitchen featuring Nespresso, filter, and Senseo coffee options. A Sonos sound system sets the mood for every moment—whether you're enjoying a morning croissant or an evening apéritif. (Please note: pets are not permitted.)

From your peaceful base, the treasures of the Languedoc unfold just minutes away. Stroll to the weekly farmers’ market in Olonzac for fresh produce, or cycle to the Canal du Midi and Lac de Jouarres for scenic walks and waterside picnics. History lovers will adore the medieval citadel of Carcassonne and the charming village of Minerve, both within easy reach. Sandy Mediterranean beaches are only 45 minutes away, perfect for a day trip before returning to your private pool for a sunset swim.

Dining here is a joy—try Lo Cagarol in Aigne for refined French cuisine or La Grange in Bize-Minervois for authentic local flavors.
