Welcome to your lakeside vacation home in a dreamlike location <br>A beautiful Swedish-style house in a unique location at the Südsee Water and Landscape Park in the lovely North Sea resort town of Otterndorf. From the beautiful sunroom and terrace of your vacation home, you can enjoy an unobstructed view across the entire lake. It’s a special natural spectacle when a beautiful vacation day draws to a close and you can watch the sunset glistening on the water’s surface. With the canoe that comes with the house, you can go on adventurous paddling trips and explore a part of Otterndorf from the water.<br>The living area was completely redesigned in 2016. The spacious living room, featuring a sunroom and a wood-burning stove, has an open layout and is perfect for spending cozy vacation moments. From the sunroom and one of the bedrooms, you have access to the south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture. Whip up delicious meals in the new kitchen. The bathroom was also completely renovated in the spring of 2016 and features a large walk-in shower. The spacious garden is separated from the lake by only a footpath, offering wonderful swimming opportunities, especially during the summer months. With three bedrooms, this house can accommodate up to four people. A security deposit of EUR 50.00 is required for this house.
