"I visited in the off season, but the hotel is lovely. If you're used to staying in the cookie cutter hotels that all look the same, this hotel will surprise you. It's all furnished with antiques. There's so much charm and personality here. It's delightful! Don't hesitate to come here thinking the hurricane has everything closed. Lake Lure is very near "full pool" now. "If you love B&B's this is a great find. It's in downtown hendersonville allowing you to walk to so many shops and restaurants in the area. It is safe. You are right next door to a fire department. We loved the charm of the house. The rooms are well equipped and we loved the variety in the rooms. Although we didn't utilize the massage services we talked to a guest who did and she said it was wonderful. We are considering that option for a future stay.
