Villa Ko is fully fenced. A lovely garden frames it, with several outdoor areas equipped for relaxation. In the shade of the gazebo and spacious veranda are tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
Raised by a few steps is the ground floor of the villa, consisting of living room with open kitchen, air conditioning, sofa and TV; 1 air-conditioned double bedroom , 1 bathroom with shower.
On the basement floor there is the second living room with open kitchen, air conditioning and sofa; hallway with small built-in storage room; 1 air-conditioned double bedroom; 1 bedroom with double sofa bed and en suite shower room, also air-conditioned; and 1 full shower room (the third in the villa).

Villa Ko is a beautiful vacation villa located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Otranto. The city center is also within walking distance with a few minutes` walk. The waterfront, ramparts, castle and marina are just 900 meters away.
 
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There is no heating in the property.
