"We checked in at 10:30, so it was too late for complaints. But this place is NOT nice. Room 311 was dirty, and it smelled musty, like someone had smoked in it at one point. The toilet seat was barely attached. My wife said, "You booked a Best Western, you should have known better." But, the reviews ..."
