"Customer service is brilliant and overall the hotel is clean. I stayed in a standard room which was clean, had air conditioning, clothing storage, additional seating and toiletries provided. However no coat hangers were provided, no mosquito net and there are no bedside electric outlets for charging mobile etc. The food was mediocre but edible and the restaurant itself is very dated. "No recomiendo quedarse en este lugar, en la reservación pagué el traslado al aeropuerto, cosa que me volvieron a cobrar, pero eso es la minima preocupación. Me preocupaba mucho sentirme tan mal todos los dias, haciendo el check out, platiqué con una chica que culpaba el mal estado de la comida buffet, empecé a evitar la comida del hotel y empecé a mejorar, tengan cuidado con el mal estado de la carne."

"Our stay was made extra wonderful by the attentive and helpful receptionist called Francis. He went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciate him. The room was very comfortable, clean, great amenities. We would definitely stay here every time we are in Accra."

"Uudehko pikkuhotelli turistien kannalta hyvällä paikalla Osussa. Lähellä oli paljon ravintoloita ja myös hyvä ruokakauppa. "This hotel is nothing like what you see online. The pace is uncleaned and food is trash. The hallways are filled with construction ladder and paint buckets and the rooms are not worth paying more than $50 a night. So called management staff smoking right in front of the entry door. Pool has been cleaned in “forever”. Shower knobs are broken……just not worth more than $50 a night."

"El check in tardó mucho tiempo, alrededor de 45 minutos, hubo confusión entre la propiedad y el anfitrión.
