Villa Atena is equipped with all the most modern accessories: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, smart TV, kitchen with induction cooktop, electric oven, coffee maker, etc.
Outside the mansion there are barbecue, outdoor shower and parking for cars. The villa is equipped with an automatic gate.

Villa Atena stands in a panoramic position in Ostuni. Brand new and surrounded by manicured garden and native vegetation, the villa has a pool area with solarium to be pampered by the warm rays of Puglia`s sun.
Ample outdoor spaces are equipped for relaxation, but also for outdoor dining under the large gazebo with outdoor kitchenette, equipped with stove, sink, mini fridge and charcoal barbecue.
The main body of the villa overlooks the terrace of the beautiful swimming pool. The living room is a winter garden, with large panoramic windows and striking views of the valley and pool. The windows are totally removable, to fully enjoy the summer breezes.
The kitchen is well equipped and equipped with the latest appliances, as well as an island and a breakfast nook so you can also dine inside the property. The sleeping area in this main unit consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms.
A few steps down lead to the annex located on the lower floor. This is a cozy and romantic double suite with en suite bathroom and magnificent indoor heated swimming pool (see notes for use), breakfast floor with coffee maker and wine cellar/fridge.
The charming abode, in addition to contemporary-style furniture, is embellished with design elements and works of art that contribute to making your stay a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

Villa Atena is located in Ostuni, in the locality of Chiobbica, in the lush countryside of the Valle d`Itria, one of the most scenic and evocative areas of Puglia, with authentic nature and typical landscape characterized by the world-famous trulli cones.
The residence allows you to reach in a few minutes by car both the golden and sandy Adriatic beaches, such as Torre Guaceto with its nature reserve, and the most beautiful historical centers of the area, such as Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica.
Ostuni, known as the White City for its ancient village situated on top of a small hill, is just a 10-minute drive from the vacation villa. In addition to the many tourist attractions, all the main services are also located there.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October. Opening of the pool in low season euro 400.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The use of the mini indoor pool is available, upon confirmation at the time of booking, at a cost of euro 60 per day.
- Any services requiring the entry of personnel outside the villa are prohibited unless authorization is requested from the property, which has its own trusted staff.
