The Royal Lamia is a country vacation home in a typical lamia in the Valle d`Itria, nestled in a large garden in the countryside of the Ostuni area in the Valle d`Itria.

The
Royal Lamia is a very pretty vacation home with a large well-kept
garden and equipped outdoor spaces: a place immersed in the quiet where
you can be fully enveloped by the most authentic Apulian nature.
The
structure is an ancient lamia restored to splendor. The interior
consists of two rooms plus services: a living-dining room with 1 double sofa bed, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with 1 bathroom en suite, equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
The
large garden allows you to spend time outdoors, lunch, dine and relax
in the cool, regenerate with the Jacuzzi whirlpool, as well as park your
car inside.

in the countryside of Ostuni, The Royal Lamia is a few minutes by car
from the center of the "White City" n which there are all the main
services.
The nearest beaches are those of Marina di Ostuni, award-winning, crystal blue sea, beaches and picturesque coves.

property is 34 km from the Torre Guaceto Reserve, 30 km from the
Egnazia Archaeological Museum and 31 km from San Domenico Golf.
The nearest airport is Brindisi Casale, about 40 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
