A charming apartment that comfortably accommodates 4 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) for easy access and peace and quiet.



In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the historic center to immerse yourself in the beauty of the “White City,” with its characteristic narrow streets and vibrant atmosphere.



For those who wish to explore the surrounding area, the entrances to the SS16 and SP21 are just a 5-minute drive away, providing easy access to other towns in the region and the coast.



The 80-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor with a separate entrance from the street and is arranged over two levels: please note the internal staircase to reach bedroom II.

- Kitchen with dining table, split A/C, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, and electric kettle

- Living room with a stone bench furnished with cushions and a TV

- Bedroom I with a double bed, built-in closet, and coat rack

- Bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Guest bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and sink.



*** Upper Floor ***

- Bedroom II with a double bed (with two mattresses) and split A/C

(There is a wooden staircase inside the room; please be CAREFUL if traveling with small children).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Keys must be picked up between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at our office located at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, about a 15-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.
