"We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). "A four generation property where you are made to feel like family. Such a cozy homey property. Guests are encouraged to walk through the farm to visit the farm animals and taste the fruits. Breakfast is plentiful with fresh ricotta made in house figs from the trees on the property and freshly made preserves and juices. The olive oil is sublime. A bottle is left on every table at dinner and is drizzled onto a plate for guests to dip the freshly baked assorted breads that show up every evening...

"Beautiful, clean and spacious property perfect for a large family gathering. Kids loved the trulli and pool. Plenty of room to congregate in common area and at large tables (one inside, 2 outside) for meals. Close (15 -20 min drive) to Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and beaches. Nice location but must have a car for transportation. Minor negatives: some of the mattresses were a bit hard and showers must be short as hot water can run out."

"We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Casale Cimino! The area is beautifully secluded, so car is essential. A few minor hiccups - such as faulty aircon - were fixed swiftly. A new aircon machine arrived in 2 days! Special mention to Antonio who was excellent and resolved everything to the best of his abilities. We’ll be back for sure 👍"
