This cozy vacation rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in its approximately 59 m² of space. It has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association. On the first floor, you’ll find the living area with a comfortable sofa set, a dining table, a radio with a CD player, a TV (satellite/cable), and a DVD player. DVDs and games are also available. The west-facing terrace with patio furniture offers a lovely spot to relax outdoors. The modern built-in kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and many other kitchen appliances—ideal for preparing your own meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine.
The vacation rental has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), ideal for families or friends. Bedding and towels are included. Free Wi-Fi is also available. A parking space right in front of the apartment ensures convenient access. There is a bike shed for your use, where you can securely store your bikes. The vacation rental is ideal for small groups or families looking for quiet, well-equipped accommodations in a beautiful location.

Note regarding possible additional costs:

For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that bookings from June through September must be as continuous as possible.

The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective vacation destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
