Unfortunately me and my husband wished we had stayed at a different hotel. We checked in and were given a ground floor room next to the road. There was a half finished beer and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned.
This was quickly rectified by the member of staff however we were given a room again a few doors down next to a busy road. The room often didn’t lock when we first tried to close it. We were a little anxious leaving the room because of this. We had cleaning on the 2nd day and I am pretty sure the cleaner just remade our bed and took our bins away. We didn’t get clean glasses which had been used.
The door also to the corridor with ground floor rooms 401-406 did not lock properly which made us more apprehensive about leaving the room as it was easy access to people staying.
