The space
-Quiet residential area
-Private driveway and lots of parking.
-There is a nicely sized work desk.
-There is a large backyard (large enough for a small child to get lost) but we haven’t landscaped in order to maintain & preserve its naturality and the innocent wildlife.
-There is no TV
-There are 2 single seater cushioned chairs in the den (no loveseat)
-I am not sure why the ad says that the work-desk is in a common area. Only you, the guests, have access to it and no one else. It is a fully dedicated work-desk for you only and no one else.
