Great, convenient location. The property was clean and provided self service coffee and bread for breakfast. Luggage storage was also convenient. Great coffee shop located steps away (Brookly Zoo).

Highly recommended for those who want to experience the real Japan. This hotel is an ideal choice for exploring the local culture. The self check-in process is very smooth, and what I appreciated most was being able to stay in touch with the owner 24/7. You never feel alone despite the digital check-in; the support is always there.

Enjoyed the tatami as it gives the family lots of space during the day and sizeable bed space for each member at night. Elevator in the building is very helpful for check in and check out. Quiet local neighborhood to get a taste of the local life and a short walk to Fukushima station which is convenient to get around to places as well as on the JR line to Kansai airport. Overall very satisfied with our stay

Very close to grocery shops and restaurants. And also the train station is easy to access. Very safe and clean nearby. The accommodation is good. With washing maching in the balcony and clothes dryer in the toilet

洗濯の備品も揃っていて、乾燥機も付いているので、洗って、干してとできるのでファミリーには助かりました！子ども達も大満足でおうちみたいにサイコーと言っていました。お世話になりました。

It is a comforting stay here. We made the right decision in booking at your hotel. No regrets. It was the perfect accommodation for us. Surely, we will always book here when we are in Osaka.

子ども連れで利用しました。すぐ汚れるので洗濯できたのが兎に角助かりました。 部屋自体は綺麗でしたが、ホコリが凄くて鼻炎の私はくしゃみが止まりませんでした。掃除機があったので掃除したりテーブルを拭いたりしましたが、10分も経てばテーブルもそのあたりに置いたスマホの画面にもホコリが溜まります。 それ以外は駅も近いしコスパも良いし満足です！

The owner was very friendly and nice. Easy to communicate with them. Elevator in the building was helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning! The laundry was very convenient, and drying was easy. We also enjoyed how close our stay was to the station and other restaurants! Would love to stay again!

アパートメント滞在は初めてですが、大変快適に過ごすことができました。 洗濯や食事の備品、洗剤まで置いてありホテルにない快適さがありました。部屋もとてもきれいでした。 丁寧で迅速な対応に感謝しています。トラブルがあった時の不安もすぐに解消されました。 また機会があったら是非利用させていただきます。

子供と、USJやキッザニア甲子園に行く目的で利用しました。両者から便がよいのでとてもお勧めします。 入り口から様々な配慮がされています。部屋はとても清潔で、子供連れでも使いやすいです。 近くは飲屋街で、利用するなら予約すべきです。予約なしで入れるお店は少ないので駅まで出た方が良いですが、駅から近く苦になりません。コンビニもすぐ近くです。

We loved the tatami style room, which allowed us to jump around during the day, and have maximum bed space at night. The lobby downstairs has a vending machine, coffee, and a table to play cards. We arrived before check-in and stored our luggage in the lobby. Having the shower and toilet in separate rooms was convenient in the evenings. The small laundry was useful for humid days, and we air dried washed clothes on the shower rail. We used the small fridge, sink, and kettle in the kitchenette. Shoten-Dori was a walkable street right out front with several restaurants. Fukushima was the nearest JR stop.

部屋は新しくきれいで快適に過ごせました。 冷蔵庫がやや小さいかな。 浴室乾燥が使えるので、洗濯物もすぐに乾かせました。 福島駅周辺にはスーパーコンビニレストラン居酒屋ファーストフードが揃っているので足りないものはすぐに買えますし、食事にも困りません。 何日か宿泊してユニバの拠点にするにはコスパも考えて最高です。 また利用したいです。
