Dads 50th

Amazing location with everything you could want at your fingertip's. Fished off the dock nightly, perfect kitchen for family meals and 3 bedrooms kept everyone together yet still had our own privacy Close enough to all the hustle and bustle for mini golf, horseback riding, marina dinners and pool parties. Would definitely book again, Ben thanks for all your help.

Loved this place!

We loved our stay, and would highly recommend. There were plenty of beds for 2 families with children to fit. The beds were comfortable and didn't seem old or hard like many other places that rent. The house is updated and clean and everything worked as expected. The location on the water was even better than expected because it's off the main channel in a calm little cove. I only wish I had known how calm it would be because we would have brought our blowup paddle boards. We loved the open layout of the kitchen in the living room so we could all hang/eat/ cook together and we had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. The dock is super nice and the whole family hung out by the water. Margaritaville, in general, is a great family-friendly community. The common space was very convenient as we had other family members stay at another house and were able to meet up at the pool hall to play games together and have drinks. Bring bug spray because the mosquitos were as usual out and about. There were a lot of "resident" spiders around the house that built webs over night in the exit doorways with the quickness, it was actually impressive. So just be careful so you don't walk into a web in the morning when going outside, but nothing the provided broom couldn't knock down in the mornings, and not the fault of the owner at all. We had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would gladly go back and stay at this same place. Book it! It's worth it!

Beautiful and peaceful

Everything you need is here…look no further! This location is off the main part of the lake but with easy boat access if you bring one. The dock was the best gathering place that provided shade when needed. You have access to the main resort if you choose…but we enjoyed the lake house much better!

We had a great time at your home. Close to everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the dock and swimming in the cove. We loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom. We are already making plans to go back next summer. Great time had by all!!

Love the dock & being able to have a boat dropped off & stored on site. Great place, cooking space was enjoyable for our small crowd. Only complaint would be cleaning service needs to step up on floors & dusting, lots of cobwebs A little confusing on arrival with different numbers on the door that site address. We would definitely consider a return visit

Great Space for a Getaway with Friends

The house looked exactly as pictured, but the dock was even better. We were pleasantly surprised to see an outdoor dining set and paddleboat on the dock. There was a propane grill provided as well, so we were able to grill out and enjoy a lakeside dinner for one of the nights we were there. There was plenty of space for 7 adults to comfortably stay without anyone being in each other's way. We were also only a two-minute drive from the main pool and marina. I would definitely booked this place again.

The property overall was good, excellent location. The only problem we had were the dead bugs, spiders and cobwebs everywhere inside and out; lake life. It was wonderful that each bedroom has an attached bathroom. We loved sitting on the brand new dock at night after boating. We had a blast and it was a great location for bars and restaurants on the lake.

AMAZING . . . Not Enough Time!!!!

Our Group had the most Amazing time at this Lake House!!!! Very spacious & cozy home, though we spent almost every waking hour on the dock, in the water, or on our friends boat. We DEFINITELY plan to return!!!!

Amazing location on the lake. Pictures on listing not do it justice as there are many updates such as the deck that really made our stay amazing. WiFi was confusing to get on and many devices would not show the network.

Family Getaway

Conveniently located next to Margaritaville and other attractions, nice set up with 3 beds and 3 baths, we all had our own space. Also just inside a cove with a super nice dock. We will have to go again when it’s warmer to enjoy the water!
