  • Beautiful 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo on the Main Channel. We are in building 10 at the Ledges and the views of the main channel from the balcony are breath taking!

    We are located at the popular Ledges Condominium Complex in Osage Beach, Missouri. The complex offers two swimming pools and a sandy beach area on a quiet cove.

    This Is our 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condo at the Ledges. It is located right on the main channel with an incredible view! You can comfortably sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom has two full beds and a twin top bunk bed with an adjacent full bath. The family room offers a sofa sleeper with memory foam.

    If you are bringing little ones, you are welcome to use the high chair and playpen at the condo.

    Our condos are located in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks and have everything that you need to feel right at home.

    Rent with confidence knowing that we have many repeat guests that visit multiple time a year and come back year after year. The kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. They are stocked with all of the goodies you'll need including cooking utensils, pots, pans, pates, cups, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The condos are also equipped with a full size washer and dryer. All linens are provided.

    If you need additional space we have two large loft units at the Ledges that are right next door to each other.
    Are we have a boat slip available to rent $25/night.

World Series trip

The family came into town for our sons World Series Trip and this place was the perfect stay for our week. The description was spot on, it was spacious and had plenty of things we needed for the week. All of the information that was provided was clear and spot on. The view from the balcony was my favorite! This is a great family friendly place with some of the best views.

Fantastic Place

We had a great time at the lake condo. The deck is literally feet off the water. If watching the boats and enjoying a drink is your thing, then stay here! The location was great. Minutes from everything! The two pools were awesome for my kids. The beach was a bonus too though we didn’t use it a lot. I would stay here again 10/10 times!

Simply Amazing!!!

Great condo right on the water, and when I say on the water, it is literally no more than 20 feet off the deck and master bedroom. The 2 pools and the beach provided the family with a couple options on where we wanted to swim. Overall, I’d highly recommend this condo and especially the Lake of the Ozarks!

MM 21 Lake of the Ozarks

Our condo was prepared, had all the pots and pans for cooking, and beautiful views. The boat slips are pretty well protected from the wave business which can happen on a busy weekend. Overall, a great trip to the Ozarks. The managers were extremely nice.

Great Location and View

Ken and Jen were GREAT to work with! The condo had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was 100 degrees the 3 days we stayed so we didn't have any luck fishing. :( The pool was the place to be or in the condo watching movies. The condo was very clean and comfortable.
