Stay directly on the Lake of the Ozarks main channel at the 21 Mile Marker. This five-bedroom, three-bathroom home pairs panoramic water views with a private dock and boat slip, outdoor seating and dining, a firepit, an indoor fireplace, and comfortable gathering spaces.

Sleeping arrangements
• Bedroom 1: one queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: one king bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3: one standard bunk bed plus one twin-over-full bunk bed (sleeps 5)
• Bedroom 4: one queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 5: one king bed (sleeps 2)
• Additional sleeping: two foldout chairs, a futon for one or two guests, and couches for overflow
Maximum occupancy is 20 guests.

Policies and guest information
• Dogs only: A $150 nonrefundable pet fee is added after booking. No other pets are permitted. Unauthorized pets may incur a $300 fee.
• No indoor smoking: A $250 fee applies if smoking is detected.
• Returned items: $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• Stays longer than 21 days: A $50 long-term cleaning fee is added.
• Unapproved late checkout: $50 fee.
• Minimum booking age: 25.

Check-in and checkout
• Standard check-in: 4:00 PM
• Standard checkout: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in: Request the day before or day of arrival. Approval depends on housekeeping availability and costs $15 per hour before 4:00 PM.
• Late checkout: Request the day before departure. If approved, the cost is $20 per hour after 10:00 AM.
