Welcome to 2024! Act now by booking this ground floor condo offered by its VRBO listed Premier Host owners - the highest rating VRBO awards for its listings. There are no steps into 3 BR 3 BA condo from parking lot, no steps into adjacent pool, no steps down to our docks! Bring your special guests for that getaway weekend! Why wait for the summer months when the Lake"s restaurants are open waiting to serve you. Start making plans to enjoy the Lake"s upcoming activities. As guests you can fish off any one of our four docks during this time. Golf is yet another popular activity available for your pleasure., Visiting doctors and medical professionals book your stay with us as we are only a few minutes away from the Lake Regional Hospital.

NOTE: Due to safety issues we no longer offer an outdoor grill.

Our deck offers a panoramic view of the lake's main channel. Enjoy watching the wide variety and size of boats cruising by. Our waterfront unit has a large screened in deck. Entertain yourself with the Lake"s many water activities such as boating or visiting nearby lakeside bar and grills. Enjoy our outdoor pool. (The pool opening and closing is dependent on the weather.)

A covered 12x32 boat slip with electric can be rented. Please submit request by inquiry with boat type and length before booking for availability.

We also provide WIFI and HD TV. In 2023 we added new powered recliners with adjusting headrests in our large living room.

We are pet friendly. Just let us know the details in n advance. We do not charge a fee for your pet. No need to put your pet in a kennel and add a significant cost to your vacation plans.

Bass and crappie fishing as usual is great! Book now to get in on this great fishing! Call us if you need help planning your fishing trip - we have reports, tackle and bait shop information, guide information and boat rental information. For renting for your boating needs Surdyke Port 20 Marina is just across the cove from the complex.

Great stay as usual - we love this place!! Very clean, great access to pool. Few unusual things different from our multiple previous stays noted: 1. Key to supply closet was left in the supply closet door. 2. Basket of sheets left on top of dryer (not sure if clean or not). 3. Laundry supplies left on top of dryer. (We brought our own), 4. Wagon found in living room and not closet. NONE of these things caused an issue to us, just different from previous years. Also, one day the hose into pool was left running all day. I turned it off at the hose reel about 7pm because the pool was VERY full and COLD.

Getaway with retiree friends. We had this same unit last year and int's still a great place ot stay. Comfy beds and well stocked with towels and utensils. Right on the water for a great view and easy access to marina boat rentals and other attractions.

Have stayed here before a couple times, our family loves this condo! Beautiful place and view! Love that we can take our two dogs as well! Love that it is such a great location with parking and next to the pool - very nice! This use to be a very upscale rental and still isn't cheap, by any means, but due to bad renters who don't respect other's properties, this condo's owner has had linens stolen and other issues causing them to only allow one bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom and NO BLOW DRYERS! People need to be more respectful with others property so not to ruin future stays for others! Still a lovely place, disappointed that low lifes have to ruin it for all!

The property was as advertised- excellent location- onsite security- we all enjoyed a peaceful relaxing weekend. Owner helped us secure a dock last minute which made our time even better with a pontoon one of the days. We have told many friends about this rental property and would consider renting again.

Best location

We came from Louisiana for our son’s baseball World Series. This condo was better than the pictures. Right next to the pool and right on the water. My boys enjoyed fishing each day from the dock and swimming in the pool. Bottom level room made life so easy! If we ever come back we will try to book this exact room again. Was also stocked very well with any kitchen equipment we may have needed .

Wonderful place!!

The layout was perfect! Very roomy! Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Wish there was a hair dryer, but we survived. We would definitely stay here again.

Repeat customers!

This was our third or fourth stay at this condo and we enjoy ourselves every time. The heated pool steps from the condo is awesome. We love bringing our furry friends and we always bring our own bedding so we don't get fur on the owners bedding. The location is close to Aqua Toys boat rental and they provide the best customer service. Until next year, THANK YOU!! outside the door!

Family vacay

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Lake. The condo was nice for our family, being close to the pool and having no steps. It was great to be able to bring the dog, but wish the dog would have had a place to swim in the Lake, but we made it work. The only surprise we had was that there was no outdoor grill. We saw one place on the listing that it said it had an outdoor grill. We look forward to grilling nightly and had to make adjustments. Overall, our stay was great!

Great location

Location was awesome, no steps into condo or to the pool!! The 3 bedrooms were very roomy, I thought. Closets were a nice to use!! 3 bathrooms, is so nice. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything to cook just about anything. We used the kitchen for 2 meals everyday. My personal best was the ice maker, along with full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Then to keep up with your clothes, you have a washer and dryer. Fireplace was a bonus, did not use it because it was mid July. Condo was decorated nicely made it feel like home. Living room loveseat and sofa, electric recliners!! Making it so nice to relax after a fun day shopping, swimming etc. Lake view from the balcony was fantastic!! Definitely will return

Overall good stay

Over all our stay wasn’t a bad stay just some minor issues. Showed up and there was no gas grill like mentioned on the add. There was an issue with the dishwasher that we found out after we should up so had to deal with a maintenance guy randomly showing up. There was no trash bags in the unit, along with no paper towels, and no salt to cook with and no laundry detergent. So had to make another quick store run. The out side deck area was pretty dirty. Overall our stay want terrible, had good views of the lake and very convenient location near the pool.

Relaxing Getaway

This was our first time ever dealing with a vrbo. We were a little hesitant at first, but surprisingly everything was super easy. The condo was everything it had said it would be and more. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4, plus our little poochon puppy. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved being on the ground floor and so close to the pool. The only downfall was not having a grassy area close by for our puppy. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we'd love to come back again!
