  • Welcome to our lakefront, beautifully decorated condo perfect for relaxing, watching the sunset, or enjoying the excitement of the lake. Walking into this beautiful ground level condo, you will immediately be drawn to the main channel breathtaking view of the Lake of the Ozarks. Our condo is equipped with everything you need, including Wifi, and sure to become your home away from home.

    This non-smoking unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The main living area has amazing view of lake and includes a mounted Flat Screen HDTV along with Blu-Ray DVD player and movies for your pleasure. Outside of the great room is a spacious deck with grill, table and chairs to seat 6, where you can see beautiful views of the lake and astonishing sunsets!

    Kitchen, with a breakfast bar that seats 3, is equipped with everything you will need including coffee pot, tea maker, blender and completed with all cooking utensils. It also comes with a view of the lake. Separate dining table seats an additional 4 as well. Our stocked laundry room is just off the kitchen, with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

    The Master bedroom has a King size bed, Flat screen HDTV and DVD player, Private Bath with a huge walk in closet, ceiling fan, as well as a sliding door with access onto the deck. The two additional bedrooms share the hall bathroom and includes queen beds, ceiling fans and own closets. Bedroom 3 has a small flat screen TV for DVDs and/or games (no cable).

    Private parking space is directly in front of the condo which is ground level. Have an additional car? No problem as there are additional public parking spaces only a few steps away from the unit and trailer parking near main entrance.

    The condo is conveniently located near Highway 54, the first exit of the Lake of the Ozarks when approaching from the North (Jefferson City), at 1MM on the lake. In addition, you are just minutes away from entertainment, shopping, and fun, fun, fun!!! The Lake Area provides access to outlet shopping just 10 minutes away, many area restaurants accessible by car or boat, boat and jet ski rentals, 13 golf courses, wineries, caves, state park access, Water park and many local events such as boat races and festivals.

    The complex has 2 heated pools, tennis court, clubhouse with exercise room, walking path, playground, boat trailer parking, a concrete wave break, lakeside boardwalk and weekend security in the Summer.

Amazing Lake Condo

Great location and condo

The unit was very near the pool and access to the walking path, it was spacious and very clean. The property was very near the restaurants and activities close to the dam which is where we wanted to be. Great place!

Great view

The condo was a dream. The view is fantastic. Hosts were responsive and very nice. Perfect for a family of 5. It has all amenities listed and looks just like the pics on Vrbo. The pool overlooking the lake is great and the docks you can fish on are good too.

Memorial Day Weekend

Excellent! This property met our needs perfectly. We had four adult family members and there was enough space for everyone. The location is excellent and the lake view is outstanding! The property offers all the amenities necessary for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Weekend get away

Perfect spot - lovely view of the water. We enjoyed the sunsets each night and all our meals on the balcony. Easy dock access for our family that lives on the lake to pick us up on their boat. Condo was the perfect size for our 5 adults and one teen. Kitchen had all the basics so we were able to prepare our planned meals.

Needs a good cleaning

Check-in was great. Easy and straight forward. The rental is advertised to have a screened in porch and there was no screen. The master shower curtain liner was pretty dirty and either needs to be washed or replaced. I killed two live silverfish bugs. One in the bed and one in the shower. For these reasons, I rated the cleanliness low. Location for our needs was good.

On arriving the view of the lake was outstanding… However, I was able to see the master bedroom and noticed the bed was not made, upon inspection could see hairs on the pillows and the bathroom had towels and wash clothes in the tub, plus there were hairs on the floor. I then checked on the other bedrooms – and the beds were not made and hairs could be seen on the pillow and bedsheets. And the bathroom tub was full of unwashed towels IN THE TUB, with hair on the floor. With no other option I started doing the towels and wash clothes laundry; stripped the beds of the bedding for laundry, when I noticed the carpets were dirty. So, while I did the towel, wash cloths, bed sheets, and pillow cases I vacuumed the condo – kitchen, living room, master bedroom, the spare bedrooms, and both bathrooms. This task took about 5 hours… To operate the living room TV, it took both the living room and master bedroom TV remotes. For example, one would turn on the TV and the other would turn on the cable – and yes, I tried to switch the functions on the remotes… On the morning of the 5th of July I took a shower – and fell; bruised my right shin that caused be spend the majority of the day laying on the couch icing the shin. I warned my wife of the issue with the shower; however, that evening she fell and severely bruised her right hip. When leaving the condo on 6 June went to take the trash out of the apartment but NO TRASH BAGS - we were not going to shop for them either.

The condo is in a prime location with the best views you will find. It was clean and very comfortable. The balcony view can not be beat. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Everything was great!! It had been 3 years since we had been there, and the condo is still in great shape! The only issue is that the second bathroom didn’t have a mat for the shower/tub. A member of our party skipped and fell in the tub. She’s fine, but wanted me to let you know that a bath mat should probably be available for both bathrooms. We ended up sharing the one that was in the primary bathroom.

Perfect getaway!

Bobby's place was wonderful. He was great with suggestions on places to rent a boat. He was quick with communicating with us. His place was clean and exactly like the description. The pool was great as well. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching sunsets and activity on the lake.
