3 bedroom, 2 bath, Waterfront, Ground-level condo with a walk-off deck! Enjoy easy lake access with no stairs to climb and a private deck that steps right out to the waterfront—perfect for kids and families. Inside, the condo features updated flooring throughout and well-maintained, comfortable furniture, creating a relaxed and welcoming space for your lake getaway. It’s an ideal setup for easy in-and-out lake days and stress-free family fun.
This is my only property at Lake of the Ozarks. Renters will have our full attention to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! We have been renters at the Ledges for over 10 years, we know what a vacation renter expects!
Our 10 x 30 boat slip is available for $25 per night. Fee will be added at time of booking. If you need larger slip please ask. Our 10x30 boat slip is located on the dock directly in front of the condo and is the 2nd slip on the right from the shore. The cove is a no wake cove and you boat will be viewable from the condo. The slip is only 30-40 paces from the condo. We can also arrange for a larger slip at the complex if needed.
Whether you are looking for a family vacation, couples retreat, golf getaway, or just a relaxing time with friends our condo offers something for everyone!
Currently we are requiring a 7-night minimum stays mid June - mid August 3-night minimum stays on Shootout, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Please contact me directly, we may be able to make special adjustments and exceptions. See my direct # on the listing home page or send a message.
Our condo is located at the center of the complex in building 6. The condo has a lake front walk off deck that gives you access to the lake front sidewalk and docks, which is a rare find at the complex. Trust me this is ideal for kids who want to feed the ducks or fish in front of the condo. We also have a great main channel view!
The LEDGES complex sits at the 20-mile marker in Osage Beach. The complex offers two pools, one of which located overlooking the main channel with a fantastic view! The Ledges also has on site security, an awesome Sandy Beach and a playground for the kids. The complex is in the HEART of the Ozarks!
The Ledges is an ideal location by water, we are a 10 min boat ride or less to several lake front restaurants/attractions that include; Red Head Yacht Club, Dog Days, Back Water Jacks, Shorty Pants, Paradise, and Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville just to name a few!
By land we are close to most attractions, i.e. Outlet Mall, Sycamore Creek Golf Club, Pirates Cove Mini Golf, Go Carts, Big Surf Water Park, Timber Falls Indoor Water Park (Tan-Tar-a), Miner Mikes (indoor amusement park & go-kart track), HaHa Tonka State Park, Bagnell Dam Strip, Lake Regional Hospital and many restaurants and grocery stores.

Blue Moon Marina, Syrdyke Port 20, Aqua Toys and other boat/watercraft rental locations are just around the corner or across the cove from our condo.
ITEMS SUPPLIED:
We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels.
Kitchen: dishwasher, dish detergent & liquid dish soap, dish towels, 10 kitchen trash bags, 1 extra roll of paper towels.
Towels, dishes & silverware for 8 guests.
Pots, pans, baking trays, large serving bowls.
Our condo also comes with a washer & dryer, laundry detergent also provided.
We also have a brand new gas grill for grilling burgers, chops and steaks while sitting on our lake front deck!
We have tried to include every convenience to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We also have FREE WIRELESS INTERNET! With smart TV in the livingroom for access to your favorite live stream apps like Netflix and YouTube TV.
Check in will be 4 pm..... Check out will be 10 am.
Quiet hours at the complex begin at 11 pm.

The Condo is very nice. Having boat slip so close is very nice! No issues, Owner was very accessible however nothing went wrong so there was no need to contact. The deck is very nice and the grill on deck is nice, would be nicer if bigger.

Ledges - Osage Beach
We had a great week staying at this condo. Its on the lower level, so it's closest to the lake and only down one flight of stairs from the parking lot. The condo was clean, and comfortable. We really like the pools here and the beach is also a great option. The condo was listed as sleeps 10 - it does not, it sleeps 8 with the pull out bed. The owner did tell me this prior to our trip but the listing said 10. We had 8 people there for two days and it was very tight. There is also no grill for this unit, and no public grills on property.

Great Location, Great Property Manager Communication
3 of my 4 brothers and my dad have been coming to Lake of the Ozarks for a week-long fishing trip for the last 15 years. We had another condo for multiple years in The Ledges just a few buildings down from this condo but the owners sold a number of years ago and it was no longer being rented. I think we've found our new long-term rental location as it was very convenient for what we like to do and Brian was very easy to work with in terms of the rental and any minor issues we encountered.

Awesome place!
Our group of 7 friends made our yearly trip to the Ozarks and Brian’s place was perfect! Very clean and the boat slip being basically right outside the room was very nice. Check in was easy and Brian was quick to respond and communicate. Hope to make this our return spot!

Great location in Osage Beach
Great location in Osage Beach. 2 pools on the property, one seemed to have more kids but the one on the tip of the peninsula was more adults and fantastic views. Condo is right on the water with it's own stair case down to the lake and walking path. Condo was clean and provided plenty of towels which we all appreciated. Thanks for having us!

Excellent Vacation
This was our first time staying at the Ledges. Wonderful time. The kitchen is fully stocked, we had everything we could possibly ask for, the condo is neat and conveniently located. The boat slip is literally right outside the door. Perfect location and the owner was immediate at getting back with me answering all my questions literally within minutes. Quick Weekend Trip
This was our 1st visit to the lake and already had an idea of where we wanted to stay given from friends previous visits. The Ledges is so conveniently located to everything we wanted to do over our visit. This condo was excellently located on the 1st floor with easy access by boat and car both. We took advantage of the boat dock to park our rental pontoon. Will definitely be back!!

This is the optimal location to stay! We went to Redheads, Backwater jacks, and party cove all a short boat ride
I slip was right outside our 1st floor door!

Memorial Weekend
This condo was very clean and nicely updated. The kitchen had everything we needed, including oven mitts! So many condos are without these, so I appreciated that greatly.
Being a ground level condo was perfect for us this weekend for boating. After a long day on the water, walking off the dock and right into the condo was perfect! We would love to come back!

Girls weekend
Great location with beautiful view. Perfect space for our (5 women) needs. Very clean, comfortable beds and stocked with everything you would need. Easy check-in and instructions when checking out were very easy to follow. Brian was the perfect host and was very quick to respond to any and all questions. He was very courteous and could not have been better. We'll definitely stay again! Would highly recommend staying at this location! You won't be disappointed.

We’ll stocked condo with excellent balcony
Unit had an unusually well stocked kitchen, comfortable couch and recliner, a big kitchen table that was perfect for games, and a great balcony overlooking the lake. Five minute drive from some great hikes at Lake of the Ozark State Park.

Beautiful 3 BR condo at The Ledges!
Clean and comfortable condo at the 19 MM at LOTO. Had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and baths. Will definitely keep this as a favorite to review for future trips! Great owners and pride of ownership!

Family vacation
There were many things about this property that we enjoyed. We were on a family vacation with our daughter and son-in-law and three grandchildren. The nice sandy beach at playset was a big asset. This facility has tons of ducks and turtles that the kids enjoyed feeding. The pictures we saw ahead of time accurately portrayed the condition of this condo. We loved the proximity to the boat docks. We were on a lower level and there were minimal steps to walk out on the dock. There was an armed security guard walking the property every evening which made us feel safe. The two pools are pretty basic and not the best for young children. They do not have a very nice shallow and for kids to play it. The water was also cloudy in the pool. That is why the beach was so nice. Our condo had a few things that disappointed us. The refrigerator door had shelves but no bars to hold anything on the shelves. So the door compartment was useless. The kitchen had dish rags but no dish towels or pot holders. The owner was very nice and told us to purchase some and he would reimburse us. The master bedroom king bed should be replaced. It is an older thin mattress that was not very comfortable. The other two queen size beds were firm and okay. We loved the decor of the condo as it was very updated. Do not think the cleaning crew knew anything about how to hang towels on the bars or fold them. The spare towels were sort of tossed under the sinks in each bathroom. The spare linen for the height of bed were wadded up on a shelf in the master closet. We were not sure if they were clean so washed them before we used them. The comforters available for the hide a bed had stains, so I washed one of them as well before we used it. The bedding on the master bedroom bed was faded but seemed okay. The other two bedrooms were perfectly fine. It didn't appear the cleaning crew had wiped the table or cleaned any of the sliding door glass. Those were minor irritations, and I just cleaned those. I was a little concerned about the electric situation in the master bathroom. Every time I used my hair dryer the lights would dim and brighten and the power of my dryer would diminish and then come back. Sometimes I just moved to the other bathroom to feel safer. There was plenty of seating on the deck to enjoy the view which was nice. The owner of the condo is very easy to communicate with and wanted to make our stay enjoyable.
