• This condo unit is on the 3rd floor, 1 level up from the parking lot, and does not have an elevator
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and is best suited for families and respectful groups of friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
• This property is easily accessible by road, and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved, however, roads may ice over in winter.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Public transport is not available at the Lake of the Ozarks. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. Uber/Lyft are also available in some areas but are not as prevalent as in most cities. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
