Lake front property with huge dock connected to Margaritaville

  • Tan Tar A Estates is connected to Margaritaville in a gated community. You'll have access to all the resort amenities except for the shuttle and fitness center. This home is within walking distance of the resort. On top of the hill from the home is one of the community pools.

    If your here to enjoy the lake on your boat, fishing, swimming or even golfing. This property will meet all your needs. It is set up to sleep 12-14 guest with the pull out sleeper.

    This property is tucked in a cove off the main channel to keep your boat or kids safe soaking up waves in the lake. Features include a master suite with 2 king size beds, full bath and private deck. The second and third bedrooms offer 2 queen size beds and each with a full bath and private deck.

    Also included is a full kitchen, breakfast bar, with seating for 4 and a dinning table to sit 6. living room and large screen porch overlooking the lake. There are flat screen TV's located in all bedrooms, and living room.

    The property is located in the heart of Osage Beach. Just a 5 min drive to Walmart supercenter, and Dierbergs grocery store. Redhead Lakeside grill, Windrose, and Shorty Pants are just a few restaurants with in 2 miles of the home. Great stone coffee is a mile up highway KK.

We stayed in this property 3 years ago so when we were looking for a place this year and we saw it available my wife and I instantly said book it! No need to look any further! The grandkids (8 and 9) loved fishing and jumping off the dock. Maybe someday we can stay here a third time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this location for my smallish bachelorette trip! The walk to Margaritaville is very doable. Our boat captain was able to pick us up right at our dock thanks to the permission of our host! Place was very clean and had all your basic house/kitchen needs, towels included. I had a bit of a hard time contacting our host while we were there but nothing that interfered with our stay. If I had to be extremely picky and choose 1 thing wrong with the place, it would be the lack of water pressure. Besides this very small thing, everything was absolutely perfect! I would love to return someday!

Overall a nice property. 2 of 4 bathrooms updated. 2 bathrooms a little "rough." Bad caulk around bathtubs, low, older vanities, etc. Kitchen nice but missing "usual utensils." No can opener of any sort. No spatula to turn a pancake or egg. Well stocked on pots and pans, plates, glassware, silverware.. Bed linens and towels ok. Pillows quite poor. Quiet location at end of the cove. (Tan Tara)

The location, size of the house and bedrooms were the reason we booked this house for my sister-in-laws bachelorette party. The host was responsive and very kind. Would certainly stay here again.

Great VRBO! We enjoyed all the amenities, like the kayaks and tubes, Nice deck chairs for lounging. Kitchen was very well stocked and clean. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was a huge plus! Washer and drying was also really convenient after coming in from a day on the lake with wet towels and bathing suits.Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

This place was great for several adult woman to get together for a long weekend. The bedrooms were great and the home had several spaces we could comfortably be together. We especially loved the dock!

This is a very clean, lovely space. The location is great being so close to Margaritaville to utilize the pool. The dock and all the water toys provided are great for the kids to use. Would recommend to others to stay!

Girls Trip

We loved our stay at this property. The house is located on a quiet cove. The bedrooms have plenty of space and comfortable beds. We loved sitting in the screened in porch during some rain in tbe evening. The dock was perfect for rekaxing in the sun.

Loved the lake house, the area was perfect for what we wanted to do. Swimming, fishing, hiking were all great! This house was amazing and honestly the beds were perfect. I always worry about what kind of sleep I’m going to get in a bed that’s not mine

Golf Trip

We have been coming to the lake for 5 years now and this was hands down the best property we have stayed at yet. We would highly recommend this place to stay. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The cove location was very quiet and peaceful and the house had many amenities that were very convenient. The property manager was very nice as well. 5 stars

I was looking for a home that would sleep up to 12 adults and was finding a lot of places with rooms with bunk beds. This home offered King and Queen beds in each room with separate bathrooms, as well. It really was like staying at a hotel, but without the inconvenience of feeling apart from each other. It was perfect for our Girls' weekend away.

My family and I stayed in the home for 9 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday. It is a perfect location. The home was very clean. The owner was fast to respond to any questions I had. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!!! We would definitely go back.

Pictures do not do this house justice. Everything is new and updated. Perfect dock for swimming. Would love to rent this house again.
