Please - no Saturday to Saturday bookings. Friday to Friday and Sunday to Sunday is okay, as is any other day but Saturday. Thank you. In January each year, I temporarily add a long 5 night minimum stay requirement from May-August for summer vacation renters, so longer term vacation renters have first shot when planning trips well in advance. I reduce it in March. Depending on the time of year, I offer 2, 3, or 4 night minimums. And you can always ask.

Helpful VRBO tip: Always book with your cell phone number in your VRBO profile so owners/property managers can text you when the condo is ready, or when any other notable things might pop up. That way they don't have to bug you with a phone call while you're trying to enjoy your vacation.

Fully remodeled 2 bed/2 bath condo at Parkside Place Condominiums overlooking the Grand Glaize Bridge. We are located in a quiet complex, just 5 minutes from the outlet mall, restaurants, grocery store, gas, and family fun activities. Located directly on the water at the 19 mile marker on the main lake (.5 mm just inside the Glaize Arm). The location of this condo is perfect. It is in the heart of Osage Beach for shopping, dining, fun for kids, and golf. Good cell phone service and Spectrum basic cable TV and fast 400 Mbps internet access as well. We also have ROKU built in to the main TV where you can access Netflix and other movie channels.

You are also very close to waterfront restaurants and bars such as Dog Days, Redhead Yacht Club, Shorty Pants, and newly remodeled Backwater Jacks. All accessible by land or water.

There is NO TRAILER PARKING at the complex, however, the state park at PB2 allows trailer parking there. It is free for the first 2 days, and around $ 7 for 5 days and boat launch. I have never had a problem there, or heard of any, but I would lock the trailer anyway, if it were me.

55" inch 2018 4K Ultra flat screen TV with built-in Roku in living room, and 32" 1080P TV's in each bedroom. WiFi, and cable are included. Parking is free, as well.

The kitchen is "fully equipped" with stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets, coffee pot, coffee, coffee filters, tea, sweetener, creamer, toaster, crock pot, blender, cork screw, bottle opener, wine glasses, cookware, cheese slicer, cheese tray, utensils and dishes. The covered patio has a table & chairs, bar stools, gas grill, and a fan. There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.
All towels, and linens are included, and are very nice. The unit has a washer & dryer and an iron and ironing board, and blow dryers in each bathroom.

Plush king bed in master, and nice comfy queen bed in bedroom 2, with a pull out couch with a cool-gel memory foam mattress that sleeps two in the living room. There is also a self-filling twin airbed under the master bed just in case.

The unit is located in building A, the building furthest to the south in the complex (on the left as you drive in), and near the elevator. There are 7 steps from the elevator down to the condo, and 6 steps off the lakeside patio to walk to the pool or main docks, both just a few feet away from the unit.

10x30 & 12x30 boat slips available for $20 per night. Fishing off of the docks is allowed and there are fish cleaning stations at the end of docks A and B, with running lake water.

The property is located just off Passover Road at 875 Parkside Place, Osage Beach, MO. 65065.

***A $75 cleaning fee will be charged.***
***We have eliminated the Refundable Damage Deposit of $300. Now, if there is damage, it is reported to VRBO where owners can make a claim that could be charged to you. I have never had to make a claim to date.

Great condo. Clean and quiet and well appointed. Everything worked well. The owner communicated well. Appropriate price. Would suit needs for all types of renters. We were in town for a trapshoot. Only 18 minutes from the grounds, about as close as anything. Better than the hotel offerings and central to food and shopping. Parking is close, safe and private. Everyone was nice at the condos. We will absolutely be staying again if the opportunity arises.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Clean, quiet and serene. We watched a daddy and momma Canadian goose with their 5 babies right outside our window. Lots of fish being caught right at the shore and off the dock. You are literally right at the water's edge. We were here for 4 nights and didnt want to leave. We're already planning our next trip!

This is a clean, well-appointed, and clean condo in a stunning location on the Lake of the Ozarks. The host was courteous, helpful, and communicative. I would most certainly stay again and recommend it to others.

This condo is right on the water, offering a nice view of the lake. It was exceptionally clean and the bed & furniture were very comfortable. The complex was quiet, yet conveniently located near dining and shopping. Mick provided clear information and responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience. There was a small leak in the bathroom when we arrived, but it was a circumstance outside of the control of the owner and he worked quickly to fix the issue for us. Giving 5 stars for communication, cleanliness, location, amenities, you name it!
