  • WELCOME TO THE LEDGES!

    Sleeps 10-12 guests

    You have discovered one of the finest condominiums available at the Lake of the Ozarks. This complex has 2 Pools; One overlooking the water's edge on the point and the 2nd pool nestled in between the buildings by the entrance. We also have a huge sandy beach area with a play area for the kids.

    This is a Rare 4 Bedroom (All Enclosed), 3 Bath unit! 2 of our bedrooms are Ensuites! Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, well-appointed condo featuring many amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! This is a top floor unit.

    Master is a King size bed with attached Ensuite with Roku/TV and overlooks the lake side. Bedroom #2 is has a King size bed with Roku/TV. Bedroom #3 is a Queen size bed with Roku/TV. Bedroom #4 is upstairs (enclosed) with a Queen size bed with attached Ensuite and Roku/TV. The bedrooms are setup to sleep 8. We also have 1 Sofa Sleeper in living room area. (Sleeps 2) - There is also a queen size air mattress for an additional 2 guests.

    There is a common shared bathroom (full) down the hall by Bedroom #2 & #3.

    The Kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for you to enjoy!

    Our Guests especially appreciate the Large Deck with seating for 6 right on the water's edge. You can see for miles up and down the lake's main-channel! At night, you have the view of the stars and at day, the boats cruise along right in front of you!

    Bring along your laptop and log onto high-speed wireless Internet.

    Check-In 4PM, Check-Out 11AM unless otherwise arranged.

    Our 10 x 30, 12 x 30 or 14 x 40 boat slip is close by and available upon request (Additional cost). Surdyke Marina is just right down the road and offers nice ramping facilities and short term trailer parking. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge!
    All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village. We are also just a short drive to "Blairs Landing", one of the most popular boutiques and Ozark Music Hall.

    *NO smoking/pets.
    *Check-in time: 4pm
    *Check-out: 11 am.
    *Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions.
    *Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed
    *List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
    *Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
    *Guest responsible for any damages they cause
    *Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
    *Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
    *Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.

Three senior lady friends and I stayed for 3 nights. The accommodations were very comfortable, with a beautiful view and a lovely deck. Unfortunately, the weather was quite cool, so we were unable to fully enjoy the balcony. The only improvement needed, in my opinion, is better or brighter lighting in the common areas. The owners were very accommodating when we had questions. I would highly reccommend this property. It might be a little cramped for twelve people. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us.

We did find lots of spiders in upstairs bedroom/bathroom and found a lizard in the living room😳

Great place for a family vacation. Rooms were very spacious with plenty of room for our party of 10. Check in was very easy. This is on the top level so great views off your deck.

The condo was clean and open with a beautiful view of the lake. Although we did not spend much time in the condo, when we were there it was very comfortable for 4 adults staying there. The beds were comfortable, and the condo clean! It was very easy to communicate with the owners and we had no issues with parking. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying at Lake of the Ozarks!

Quiet but accessible location

The rental experience was a breeze and communication with the property manager was efficient and timely. Great location in quiet area but a mere minutes away from shopping and restaurants!

Everything was perfect!! Location on the lake…slip for our boat…close to stores….clean and very nice layout for our group. If we have the same number of people next year…we will be checking for availability.

Great stay in the Ozarks!

We had a great time on our family vacation in the Ozarks. The condo 941 was awesome with the beautiful views of the lake. The Ledges facility was great and recommend this location. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again. The Hamilton’s from Omaha!

Nice place, but the toilet would not always flush and the blind in the bedroom going out to the deck was missing a piece, so if others were on the deck they could see in bedroom, so you had to be careful with getting dressed.

Great week at Ozarks

The apartment was perfect for our family with 2 couples and a family with 2 young kids. Right by a pool, short walk to sandy beach. Boat rentals short walk/drive away. Sheila sent all the necessary info for checking in/out in advance, keyless entry was perfect. Highly recommend.

Getaway made perfect

Our sisters weekend was awesome in this condo. We had plenty of room to walk for morning exercise. The view from the deck was great and the beds and bathroom accommodations were perfect. We only had to buy disposable containers and a better spatula, otherwise the kitchen was perfectly stocked.

Nice condo

It was very spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony. Washer and dryer in unit was a plus. Lots of living space and many bathroom. There was a small issue with the boiler leaking but they took care of it right away.

4th floor could be difficult for anyone who doesn’t do stairs well. Otherwise great place, family friendly, full equipped, quick response tendants!
