Beautiful view of the Lake!

This is one of the nicest condo complexes at Lake of the Ozarks! It's small and quaint, located in the heart of Osage Beach, and would be considered more quiet then most condo complexes. Nice grounds, lots of grass, tennis courts, a lakefront pool and the unit sits right on the waters edge. You can walk directly off of the patio to the walkway that leads to the docks and pool. Cove setting with spectacular views of the 21 mile marker. Other great features include assigned parking, low assessments, a boat ramp and community laundry area. There are no slips to rent and no boat parking. There are also some stairs to get around the building.

Nothing about this is real.

This place was NOT the way it was described. We walked into a filthy condo. Bed was slept in, curtains and things thrown in the floor, cob webs everywhere. This condo hadn't been cleaned in a long time. They have refunded my money but our vacation was ruined. This was my first and last time using VRBO.

Property was very clean with a beautiful view. Host was great. Would sure stay there again. Only downfall was it does have steps leading to the ground floor. Outside lighting could be a little better at the step area. Overall, very satisfied.
