This apartment can welcome up to 4 adults + 1 child under 14 (for surcharge). It is furnished in a luminous modern alpine style, with lightwood and will catch you with its warm Tyrolean atmosphere.



The composition is as follows: One triple room with double and single bed, a living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen with dining table and a wide bathroom with shower – for top holidays in the mountains.



A wide furnished terrace facing South, will offer you one of the most spectacular views ever seen of the Dolomite mountains, featuring peaks like the Sella Mountain, the Sassolungo and the Ciampinoi, all near the Sella Ronda ski circuit.



The modern open kitchen come with all the needed equipment for a perfect holiday: dishwasher, kettle, cooking plates, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, oven and much more.



Furthermore, you will have Wi-Fi, towels and bed line for free.

It is surrounded by a fairy tale like landscape, in a location between the green alpine meadows, from where you will still be able to reach the town center of Ortisei in a panoramic 15-minute walk or in 2 minutes by car.



In winter you will find out a skibus stops only 200 meters from your apartment and it will lead you for free to the Dolomiti Superski ski resort cableways, in a very little time. For the lovers of hiking tours, the hiking paths do pass by beside the house.



You will also not miss any comfort, as the house is equipped with a free outdoor parking spot (1 car), a ski deposit corner with ski boot heater, free wi-fi and much more.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
