Spectacular Lake Front Home

Come make some lasting memories in this lake front get away. The beautiful lawn leads you to your private lake access. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances as well as a propane BBQ for outdoor grilling. The living room is equipped with surround sound for unforgettable movie nights and the shuffleboard table will surely keep you entertained!

There is a boat trailer parking and a shared dock with bouy next to it for overnight mooring.

Fishing Trip

Convenient Location in a Beautiful Setting

The circumstances for this stay were somewhat unique as I booked it for two of my business associates who were doing work at the local high school for several days in the middle of the week; I did not stay at this home myself. Our company tried to book a local hotel, but the closest available location was over 45 minutes away, so we opted for a home rental instead. After explaining the situation to the owner, he made it very clear that the responsibility would fall solely on me for the booking, but agreed to accept the reservation. The location itself was beautiful and picturesque, and from the feedback provided by my associates during and after their stay, they said the home was stunning and spacious. Though it was definitely more space than just 2 people needed for a mid-week stay, they loved the opportunity to spread out in the common areas. The owner is very direct in his communication, and appears to run a very tight ship with his property. I'm sure that anyone that stays at this home will be very pleased with the accommodations.

Great Family Beachfront

This house was very comfortable for our family of 12, plenty of lounging, dining, and sleep space. The beach was perfect for our young kids, just enough sand for fun, and not too deep. The lake was great for boating, easy access just a mile away. Everyone had a great time.

Spectacular Lake Frong

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, close to everything and well organized. This property can house many people and the kitchen is totally equipped to handle a large gathering. My daughter lives near by and has lots of food sensitivities. Therefore, I was using the kitchen quite a bit. It is so nice, you just feel like cooking - which is awesome when you're on vacation. I definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Lake House

Gorgeous lake house

The house is lovely, spacious, & clean with great views of the lake, which is right across the little dead-end road with its own lawn & a shared dock. Bottom beds in bunk room seemed to be thin futon mattresses that a member of our group found to be very uncomfortable. All the other beds were really comfortable. Good AC & fans throughout the house. Huge comfy sectional couch good for the whole family watching a movie. Plenty of towels, TP, shampoo, etc & the kitchen was well stocked with good dishes plus a few open cabinets for our food. There’s a canoe & kayak available for use. One minor note: the air was looking really bad due to summer forest fires right before our trip, & the property owner was not open to discussing other options for our rental agreement if the air remained at dangerous levels. Thankfully, the air mostly cleared up for us.

Nice Place

A very nice place to stay. My wife really loved the large kitchen. Large tv screen in a very large living room. Super nice views of the lake and area. Easy to access. Nice little beach to launch the rubber dinghies. We were impacted by the dense smoke from the BC wildfires so had to curtail our outside activities but a trip to the old town of Molson made up for it.

Great Osoyoos Value

Our two family group loved this property. Beach front access is incredible with a lovely grass yard to play net sports. Beach area great for lounging. Shallow entry warm water is perfect for young kids. Although dock isn’t suitable for a boat, the buoy worked fine and there are two launches on either side of the property. High end lovely appliances made cooking a joy. Only drawback was the master “loft” area was a bit awkward with a steep ladder and wouldn’t be ideal for younger kids to navigate. BBQ worked but was a bit finicky. Overall incredible experience and will return !

Spectacular Lake House

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Oroville on Osoyoos Lake. The house was truly spectacular and came with absolutely everything we needed and more. The rooms and house had so much room we did not feel crammed with three different families and kids aged 1-14. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Christmas get-away

We live locally and needed to relocate our family holiday gathering due to winter weather damage to our home - Kjendal and her husband saved Christmas for us with their beautiful home! This house has it all; views, easy access to nearby services, lake access (if it were summer), nice furnishings, and a gourmet kitchen (my fave). Hosts were very responsive and caring and we only had a small glitch with the heat which was amended promptly. Even though it's only 35 minutes from my home I'd love to stay here again sometime!
