Tucked into a lush, peaceful residential neighborhood of Tamarindo, this unique property offers two separate guest homes surrounded by mature trees and tropical gardens. With plenty of privacy between the homes and space for up to six guests, it’s a great setup for families, couples traveling together, or friends who want to stay together while still having their own space.

The main two-bedroom home is comfortable and functional, with two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. It includes a kitchen, laundry facilities and a spacious terrace surrounded by greenery. The outdoor dining table makes it a lovely place for morning coffee, meals or relaxing at the end of the day. Inside, a breakfast bar also provides a convenient workspace for anyone working remotely during their stay.

The separate one-bedroom guest home offers additional privacy with its own full bathroom, kitchenette and private terrace. It’s ideal for a couple, grandparents, friends or anyone in the group who appreciates having a little extra independence.

The two homes share the same lush garden while maintaining a nice sense of separation from one another. Mature trees create shade and privacy throughout the property.

- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
