"Room standard clean, no amenities: empty tissue boxes, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo soap etc for room for 4, lobby not looking clean, some garbage on the carpet, showers power super weak. Window facing wall. Alarm clock was set at 2 am in the morning waking us all up."
